Instead of complaining, go back to your village if Lagos is not beneficial to you. Nobody is tying your butt to the city.

Between Opebi- Ojota Link- New Road And IKORODU - AGBOWA - ITOKIN ROAD Infrastructural Decadence:
-It is Good -to learn and see the New Opebi- Ojota Link-Road is going for Commissioning 👍and a Beautiful Job done by The Contractors, because - it will :
•Saves Life 🧬,
•Saves Time and
•Resources as well,
-But the Lagos -State Govt and the Federal -Government seems to have Forgotten and Abandoned the 37- Kilometers IKORODU - AGBOWA - ITOKIN ROAD- that has become a Death Trap 🪤, especially for thousands and Millions using this Road on Daily and weekly basis.
-This ITOKIN ROAD 🛣️ was Constructed as A One- lane in the 70s and 80s- where the likes of The Young Shall Grow Motors, etc, - easily passes from the Eastern Region to the West , especially Lagos State - through Ikorodu Town.
But due to Usages over time,
Due to Increases in Population and Numbers of Vehicles piling this road,
Now there Are Over 1 Million Pot- holes on this road, with many Accidents and loss of lives,
•So there is an Urgent Need,
To Makes this Road A Two- Lane and The Needs to use CONCRETE -because of the porous- terrain.
-For over 2- yrs,a Local Contractor was appointed, but has been in one - spot,as this Road Needs Fillings 🥧 On both Sides of the road - for Maximum Expansion.
-This Road was initially Constructed 🚧 Julius- Berger in the 70s and since they have the Experience and Resources and Expertise -Why Can't the Government Now Engaged them.
We Know it is a Federal Government ROAD,but is within Lagos State,
•So we call on the Lagos- State Govt-,
•The Lagos State Legislatures,
•The Federal Government,
•Minister Of Works- Engineer UMAHI,
-To Please -Switch to the Reconstruction of this Important Road,so that Many lives Are Saved!
God Bless Lagos State.
God Bless Tinubu' s Govt .

*ATTENTION - Engineer UMAHI On The Above ROAD Reconstruction!

It's not the length but the connectivity of the road if you've ever been to Lagos.

It is a long time coming. Onigbogbo-Sheraton will receive huge traffic relief.

Kudos to Lasgidi.

Have they completed Opebi-Toyin roundabout road as well.
I attended victory college just beside Sheraton Hotels in late 90s. That valley used to be a hideout for late comers then. I bet that valley go don be estate too by now!

Says those that celebrate n rejoice over 200 metre road by Alex Otti the complete n colossal failure of a governor.

Show us any completed road by Alex Otti that is up to 5 KM since he become a governor.
Why is Alex Otti and Abia giving you migraine. I am from Abia state but have lived all my life in Lagos State. There's no way anyone including me will compare Abia state to Lagos State in terms of development, whether before or now. So I give it up to Lagos, and don't forget Lagos has more resources, revenue and money than Abia by far.
Though I haven't been to my state for a very long while. But for the first time since democracy return, I am hearing positive news about my state and the governor. Unlike Uzor Kalu, Theodore Orji and Ikpeazu who I heard almost destroy the state. That's a kudos to Alex Otti, so stop this your hate bcus they're praising a governor who's not an APC member

Na so oh.

Lagos is working with shithole water for residents, even in posh Lekki despite paying so much taxes, levies, fines, rates etc to raise the budget 100 times in the last 27 years of a-looter tax master plan of the JagaBandeet.

Who is fooled?
Who is allowing himself to be fooled?

Anybody comparing Lagos State and any other state in Nigeria in terms of development whether now or before needs his heads examine.
I have lived in Lagos almost all my life and can attest to that. But most of you should stop dragging my beloved Abia state and Otti into this.
For the first time since 1999 I am hearing good things about my state and it's governor, unlike the disasters that was Uzor Kalu, Theodore Orji and Ikpeazu.
I don't know about the governor of the year given to Alex Otti, but if true. That's bcus he has done tremendously well more than his predecessors combine, not necessarily more than Sanwo Olu and Lagos State.
Sanwo Olu and Lagos State are like Messi of football. There's nothing extra ordinary he will do that will wow people that much cus people have been used to it.
But any other person that does half of that, it will be news. That's the case of Otti and Abia state.
So Lagos lovers and indigenes, make una spare my state from the comparison with Lagos, my people are just happy they have seen the light in Otti after many years of darkness under the previous government.
Abeg we no be Lagos mate in anything, thank you.

It’s not about the 5km. It’s about the problem it solved. The relief the 5km will bring to lagosians, that’s much more important.

Then why the fanfare? The governor has done his job, the road need not be commissioned. It is tax prayers money at work and not some charity.

It’s not about distance, this time. It’s about relief that bridge will bring. Ask people in that axis and they will tell you what they had passed through in the morning, afternoon and evening.

The quality of the work too is fairly ok. It’s cost can build over 100km daily ok road — not all those yebuyebu roads our state governors are building o.

Do you mean to say that Julius berger construction works are all over Osun, Ekiti, Ondo , former Kwara State now Fulani State, and Ogun State even Oyo Statehuh

How can you be comparing Lagos State to Abia State in terms of Development when it was a collective Responsibility from all Nigerians to develop the Statehuh

Then when Alex is commissioning his 2x2 shops, don’t say he is a working governor and the best o. He is using tax payers’ money and doing what he has been appointed to do.

Which is the Ojota - Opebi link bridge? Is it new or they renovated the existing bridge?

is this the only project that has been built by this administration since they came on board? This administration as given us a light rail, an ambitious project undertaken by a sub national, something some countries can’t even boast of, so how about that? And other numerous project only a leader with foresight can undertake, so maybe when you leave hate and bias you can be able to see clearly undecided
Abeg, cover your face in shame. The light rail that took over 16 years and imprints amount to complete? We vote government to do this things and I don't know why we think they should be celebrated for doing what they were voted to do.

That said, the bridge, the school renovation, the stadium doesn't need the commissioning. It is a waste of resources and I'm sure you know they will claim so much money was spent to do this.

🤣🤣muumu, why not take a road trip to all the state you mentioned and see that for yourself……crane burge just constructed a ring road in Ibadan and other big construction companies that have been undertaking construction projects in Sw and no noise…..and btw no one is comparing Lagos with Abia because their is not even any basis for comparison but Sanwolu administration and otti you clowns have always overhyped as the best governor in Nigeria which is funny and laughable🤣🤣🤣 and finally Lagos was not developed by all Nigerian but as long been developed before the amalgamation of Nigeria……..the colonial masters made it there administrative capital because of it advance development and convenience and access to the Atlantic……the Fct was just 5% of the total landmass of todays Lagos, which was just Lagos island and yaba while the rest of the mainland was under the western region of Awolowo and he developed most of the infrastructure including the ilupeju and ikeja industrial estates……the development in Lagos and Sw region attracted economic migranya from all over the country, and no one was doing Lagos a favour by choosing to migrate and develop the land grin so get that fact clear and your warped and flawed narrative won’t change the history of Lagos btw proudly Lagos grin

grin John snow, you know nothing……you think to construct a light rail project is something that is done under 4yrs? Yes you vote government to do this things, then what happened to those that were voted and refuse to do anything? Can you tell us your state and let us make comparisons and see the level of progress compared to Lagos? Lagos is today one of the most developing cities and the 5th largest economy in Africa, if that is not progress I wonder what then it is…..now you hide your face and take the back sit because it is clear your criticism is coming from a place of hate and not logic undecided
