You are a joker. How will Atiku work with Gombe. Are they at the same wave length. Their stupid actions further confirmed that Tinubu was the brain behind the formation of APC. Since the ADC leaders are all overrated politicians, they would have con=vered their incompetency by simply copying how APC was formed. Shame to all of them!

INEC is a party to the case and they simply defended their decision to recognize the David Mark faction. That they filed this position before the court does not mean they are right and it doesn’t mean the court must accept their position.


In this case, the court has given a preservative order for all parties to cease any action until the FHC decides the matter. So, all parties including INEC are supposed to head back to the FHC and make all their arguments. And what did you guys do? You stalled that process and took the case again to the Supreme Court. You even asked for a stay of execution of the preservative order. That’s, keep us illegally in office while we stall the process till it’s too late for the FHC to decide the case due to INEC timetable.


In law, that’s an abuse of court process. You can’t get away with such nonsense. David Mark will not be recognized until the FHC rules on the matter. No matter the media noise, propaganda and blackmailing, INEC will never disobey the court order. Go back to Justice Nwite and show cause why Bala Gombe should not be declared the National Chairman. Period.

What was the ADC leadership recognized by INEC before the War?

Remember, before the WAR (2nd September, 2025) David Mark was not recognized by INEC and thus did not appear on the INEC portal.

David Mark Name started appearing on the INEC portal on the 10th of September 2025 after it was approved on the 9th of September 2025.

So naturally, INEC should recognize Nwosu and Nafiu because, as at 2nd September, these were the recognized personalities by INEC.

And if Nwosu claimed he had resigned before then, then the mantle of leadership passes to Nafiu Gombe.

David Mark could not assume leadership because there was no congressional election that brought him to power.

David Mark was not even a member of ADC until the day he and Rauf Aregbesola stole the mantle.

Summary: ADC WILL NOT BE ON THE BALLOT!
