Did you read and refused to assimilate words? Iran proposed a 10 points plan which is subject to negotiation, it doesn't mean US has accepted the proposal. You would have jubilated when US has formally accepted and consummated the 10 points plan. Remember, US also has its own proposals too which Iran has to accept.
