Shut down the government and if the druggie does otherwise, form a parallel government. We don't want military to take over but what is a democratic system when opposition is systematically killed? We need a fair contest and we have many positions to fill up other than presidency. Free and fair contest doesn't mean Tinubu or Obi will win. It's healthy for our growth as a nation. A fair contest brought Otti to power and we want a fair contest to produce both APC and ADC governors in the future
You didn't bother to blame Atiku and co who didn't block all loopholes. The Bala guy was promised a high position in ADC but he was later sidelined. The only house of rep member in the party was suspended because he pledged loyalty to Tinubu. Why didn't APGA suspend Soludo after pledging loyalty to Tinubu. You sef think am. You laboured with others to be in charge of a party some people came from no where to hijack the party and made some promises to you but didn't fulfill, how will you feel? If the other party woo you, won't you side them to revenge on the hijackers? Emotions apart.

Bunch of unserious opposition working assiduously for Tinubu. Is it INEC that took them to court?
..why should INEC derecongnize them...let the court derecongnize them or tell them that they are not the authentic ADC leaders

This is the way to go. You don’t need to jump from one party to another at this time. It’s too late to do that now. Because any party they jump to Tinubu and INEC will be there waiting for them and smiling. Stay put here and fight for what you own. The true patriots are with you. Fear no more. This cancer called APC must be uprooted. Arise and shine NIgeria!

How about LP, & PDP matter?

In 2014, APC had crises but INEC never issued any pres statement threatening the then opposition party, court never issued any judgement against the then opposition party. We need a vibrant opposition party to checkmate the ruling party so they can sit tight and give real dividend of democracy to Nigerians. Sharing of useless nonsensical rice up and down is not the real dividend of democracy.
In 2014, APC played to rule of game ni. Also, they didn’t sue themselves. That’s why they were able to form a formidable opposition.

In 2026, ADC is doing opposite of what APC did in 2014.

I guess you will need to join ADC to form that ‘vibrant’ opposition. May be they will get things right.

In case you can’t join them, let people collecting rice eat their rice in peace.

You mean they should stay in a party that has reached a dead-end?

Go and find out why APC didn’t contest governorship election in Rivers with PDP then.

We are in April. Window for submission of contestants’ names will soon close.

They better unbox themselves from that ADC.
They should go and ask Adeleke. He is even not settled yet. He keeps praying that all should go well between August and November 2026.

This is the way to go, Journalist and the news outlet should make this go global then you would have already torchlight it to the world to see.

If you like move to another party or create a new one these demons in power will still find a way to destroy it.
Why are obidients always bereft of logic, common sense and objectivity ?

These bunch of inept and arrogant mofos knew it was all their fault by thinking they could cheat and brush Nafiu Bala Gombe and go scot free.

Having seen their guilt, they decided to use Kwankwaso, being somewhat neutral in the cheating game, to persuade Nafiu to accept a deql so as to withdraw the case from the court. Unfortunately, the guy didn't show up hence the recourse to this propagandist protest that will avail them nothing.

Why is it that I have this feeling, that I have seen this kind of thing before.

Can someone recall the protests in Kaduna where the late Mr. Buhari led a similar march with A-list political celebrities back then.

Who will have thought that a decade and a tock later the boot will be on the other foot and the former oppressed are now the oppressors.

So will it mean that if the ADC somehow finds it's way into power, some other group in the future will need the public's angst and sympathy to garner traction.

How can this country go round in circles repeating the same mistakes in exactly, precisely, definitely the same way.

Do we learn anything, I mean anything at all as a people.

Please I desire #sensible and smart response.
What's the purpose of the protest?
Is it for INEC to recognize them by listing their names on INEC website? Or that
INEC should disregard the court of appeal judgement?
What exactly is their demand on INEC?

INEC has shown which camp they belong to. Even if they recognise the David Mark led ADC, INEC's neutrality in the election remains questionable.
