I designed a site for a client and with her approval, it went live. Twice, she has requested for modifications which I obliged. However, after the site went live again, she sent a video she wanted embedded into the site and this time I insisted that she has to make some payment for that since site maintenance was not part of our earlier arrangement. She refused. She then requested for the login details to the dashboard carrying the code for the site. Is this a normal request? 1 Like |
