Two years is basically the life cycle of a phones battery na unless Na premium brand you dey use, last I checked, ITEL no be premium brand o, bros.

Really hope they've worked on the defects in past models because My colleague just bought this yesterday for #144,000 at Iyana-Ipaja

itel has upgraded for sure and I am enjoying my itel S25 Ultra.
Honestly, you should consider getting an itel phone if you want a good device with lots of rare features on a lean budget.

People just open mouth waaaa, my friend bought Samsung a53 after some months the phone off and never came up till now, later sold it scrab. Some people don't have good ethics of using devices and when such device has fault they start shouting the product is bad. I'm presently using city 100 never regret it for once at least at the price I got it.
Itel has upgrade their game. Not same as when they began. You can give them a try without bias mind.

I don't rate any itel phone until late 2023 when I started using itel P55. I bought then for temporary use due to budget. It's been 2+ years and no regret buying it. They've really improved on their phone quality (Battery life, RAM, storage, sharp camera, stronger screen). I like the in-built entertainment and health apps like the "WOW FM", "Visha Play" that improves video quality & sound and "Digital Well Being" that caution you when you're using the phone while walking on the street and count your steps to tells you how many calories you burn while walking. I'm sure this City 200 will be an improved version of P55.

Oga relax... Make una no dey base una speculations on on 'hear say'. I have itel P36 I've been using since January 2020 till now, I have never changed the battery nor taken it to anywhere for repairs apart from changing the the screen for about 3 times since then. Some of you are using phones based on name, brand and side talks, you don't consider durabilities.
