Most people are missing the point here!

Israel doesn't want this war to end because it doesn't want to miss the golden opportunity of obliterating Iran completely. It's now or never for them!

America wants the war to end quickly because it's affecting the stock market. Gas price has skyrocketted and the war is becoming unpopular back home.

This is a case of two allies having different mission and purposes.

If not, tell me why they would strike HEZBOLLAH after America had reached a peace agreement with Iran. The same tactics they often use on the Palestinians back then. After agreeing to a ceasefire with one faction (lets say PLA), they will use another faction (HAMAS) to attack Israel so that they can resume hostilities the very next day. These guys are adept at deception! I give it to them!

Now Iran is on the horns of dilemma; they are damned if they act. And if they still don't act, they are damned anyways. If they abandon HEZBOLLAH, by not retaliating, they will lose their last axis of resistance. And if they support HEZBOLLAH by firing at Israel, the peace deal falls apart and the U.S will resume the bombings.

Truly, Plato was right when he said; "only the dead have seen the end of war".

Are you aware that during the war in Iran Lebanon was bombing Israel but due to the fact that Israel focused on Iran did not respond. So what is the crime in fighting back your enemy. Or when did Lebanon become Iran. Anyways, you may want to sound politically correct but just know that any support to Iran is support against your sworn enemy who does not want your existence. When they have the chance to deal with you they won't observe any rule nor law. Take plateaus, Benue, Kwara, Borno, etc as cases of study.
