The recent judgement which happened in March is the one INEC is now following, it states that David Mark and ADC should go back to the FHC that they are running away from. Secondly, until it is resolved, status should go back to how it was before these issues started.

The appeal court only validate and reinstated the FHC jurisdiction ..tell all parties to do nothing

Since INEC found herself in the middle, it has now decided that no need to recognize any of them until they settle their issues amicably, in accordance with the law. Whoever emergences even if it DAvid Mark, they will recognize him.

Where Inec acted wrong is to have make a move contrary to maintain status quo before histility, what that means is leave everything as they were and dont " Anything until court decides" ... What inec is expected.to do is disconnect dont communicate with any fraction But leave every thing till we decide

The question many folks have been asking is why David Mark and co are refusing to go to FHC to show probable cause why Bala should not be made the chairman of ADC?

The House of Rep member recently decamp to ADC .This guy has acheived nothing for his constituency apart from saying Tinubu must win 2027.
So he decamped to ADC to destrupt the party with Gonbe.

You hail your preferred Governor as the best because he transformed the state...abeg with which money did he transform the state, isnt it from the FG allocations? So the same FG is what you are fighting, no wonder opposition governors are moving that way.

The court has a mandate not to interfere with internal party issues. INEC recognized David Mark as ADC Chairman, an occasion where Nafiu himself was present. The court was supposed to throw out Nafiu's case and fine him, but of course we know what the intention was.

For Tinubu supporters like you to be trying to downplay and explain dictatorship away, you're all guilty of trying to destroy democracy. Nigerians will remember that when all this is over.
