FG has had this list since the days of PMB or even GEJ, but what did they do with it, they protected it like a cherished treasure despite that the UAE government knew some of these entities and sanctioned them. None of these guys was arrested or prosecuted by a country that is serious about fighting terrorism.

Any list not featuring Gumi, Sa'ad Abubakar, Asari Dokubo, El Rufai, and most present and past northern governors is incomplete.
