BREAKING NEWS: After the very long Statement from NBA and its Executives, threatening legal practitioners and the Judges, there is another COURT ORDER stopping the ADC Congress in Adamawa State, Atiku's homestate.

This time, it is from Senator Ishaku Abbo.

Lawyers and Judges will always do their job, without fear or intimidation. The court will on its own decide which actions brought before it is frivolous and which actions is not frivolous. Not the NBA or its players.

Ouster clauses, no matter how well drafted in our laws, must be resisted by the court, else, our law makers (who we all know as “purely” politicians) will make laws that oust the jurisdictions of our courts, thereby crippling them from exercising their Judicial powers as vested on them by Section 6 of the 1999 Constitution (which is the “grand law” of the land).

You do realise the NBA only refers the complaints and does not try ethical violations right?

Are you a lawyer , who told you they violated any law or are you saying it is illegal for any lawyer or George to attend to any case brought forward for their attention? Oga law doesn't operate on emotional feelings , Gendas, religious or political willingness. It I a responsibility of any lawyer to defend his or her client and a responsibility of a George to attend any case brought to his or her Guridiction. Emotional or politics doesn't solve this but the law. Best solution is that " Don't expose your internal relationship to court of law once you do that then BCS the law is blind.
