If you completed NYSC 2021 then you are eligible.

If you completed NYSC 2020 then probably not eligible for Graduate Trainee position.

Please disregard that person you responded to. The last NLNG GT recruitment prior to this one was in 2022. Before that was 2013. Before 2013 was 2007. The next NLNG GT recruitment is definitely not going to be “late 2026” as they mentioned

MS form completion elapsed yesterday.

Good evening everyone. Upon submitting the MS form, I was redirected to another page. There were I think, 2 hyperlinks at the center of the page. I remember one of them was reading something like 'do you want to create a form of your own?'.

Was this the same for others?

No confirmation email.

I was looking for something similar after submitting; couldn't find it. Only thing that stood out on my screen were the 2 hyperlinks at the center of the screen. Don't know if it was a network issue.

For those who have done the assessment center before? Please do you know if candidates bring their CV with them or if the assessors use the online upload? I just realized I made a bad mistake on my CV, mixing up the months on the CV, and I wrote those wrong months of that position in different section.

Picture this, I wrote a short table at the top of CV showing my previous positions, then I wrote details of the position below, where I mixed up the months. The role where I made this mistake, I work as a contract freelancer for that agency on a project-by-project basis. So I got really confused as to which months to put for that position, then, in my editing process, I got sloppy with correcting the timelines across the different sections, so I made this months mistake in the document.

I am worried this might work against me in the interview or document verification stages, as I might look like I am lying or manipulating the timelines.

How much does this matter to the whole process? Thank you for your time and future answer

There is no penalty for that as long as all names matches the names on your application.
For example John Jane Doe matches Doe Jane John

I’ll just attach a picture of what I saw after I submitted my form, if you had asked earlier (as in before the deadline) I would have advised you to submit again because to me, no submission is worse than 2 submissions simply because of the “Note that failing to respond by this time will signify your disinterest in continuing with the recruitment process.” statement they made in the email.
You’ve done the right thing by mailing them so good luck.

I believe this is the same as what they are saying. Just that yours loaded completely as oppose to theirs where the styling sheet into loaded.

Yeah, I thought this was the case which was why I didn't read much into it. Just started feeling uncomfortable about the whole issue yesterday--need my doubts cleared.

I don’t think they will be penalised now, but they can raise it at the AC centre so staff on hand can note it down. Raise it with the first set of staff that collect/verify biodata. Do not raise it with the examiners that conduct the AC evaluations. Those one DO NOT WANT TO KNOW YOUR NAME

this role is for graduates so they don’t care about your CV. From my experience, they only check your birth certificate, NYSC certificate, 2x2 passport, any means of identification, email invitation

This is correct. Identification should preferably be a government issued ID. So International Passport, Driving License etc. In my time NIN slip was also accepted.
