I kinda breaked my g5fa when updating so to hard reset it zte wants the vendor software version but airtel aren't responding leaving me no option but to ask for the software version number

Just saw Airtel in front of my street setting up their hardware, I thought it was MTN sef, they told me they were Airtel, and it was Fibre... 🫤

They said 45K for on-boarding, before the monthly subscription fee.. 😐

I did a subscription for MTN router and it doesn't work on the airtel router so I am told that if I can get a device to change the IMEI to that of an MTN router then the subscription will work so I did some search online and found that some routers have AT command where IMEI can be changed but mine does not so I am in dire need of how to change the IMEI of my airtel router

Well, I can't say if that's the solution. If there is a way to unlock your Airtel router, it should work without changing IMEI.

Search nairaland for "quda" and reach out to him, the guy has been configuring mifi and router for me for about 3 years now. If your router can be configured, he would run it for you remotely within minutes.

Tell him you want your device to work with MTN router plan, Airtel Unlimited Plan and other networks.

With the above setting, your device would work with MTN 50gb/60gb, 100gb/120gb, Airtel Unlimited Plan.

I unlocked my x25pro recently, main reason being to use when going to work. Its portable and easy to carry around in my bag. And my MTN subscription works on it. So am surprised that your subscription didn't work on your unlocked router

En, I doubt if there is any option to change the IMEI.....but it now has superadmin features unlocked. What kind of MTN subscription did you do?

Didn't get any super admin feature here. Backdoor mtn sub for only mtn routers

if you got super admin then you can change imei

Try root as username, and

Why would you want to tweak Airtel router IMEI coz of 130gb when Airtel has so much better offers. Sounds counterintuitive to me.

This is one of the reasons I will choose Airtel odu over MTN fiber and may b starlink, I will b in osogbo till Monday, I carry my odu with me, , this is d speed I am getting, I hang it for one Conner
