. Let me clear your confusion. Ships from places like china and other Iran allies are paying toll to pass. Trump is say, it’s either everyone passes through the strait without paying or no one or ship passes at all. Those ships paying toll can keep wasting their money because at the end of the day, they would still not be able to pass because Trump is blocking everyone
