Ignoring your intelligible rants,just Google whether courts can interfere in party affairs in Nigeria....its that simple,but many of you who aren't critically inclined to think on your own but only serves as conduits for broadcasting propaganda.....the courts can interfere if the party constitution has been violated or the electoral act or the constitution of the FRN.

First one Nwosu was a chairman of a party for the pass 25years where the party constitution clearly states that the leadership of the party can not be elected for more than 2terms 4years each(illegality 1),illegal chairman with a pending suit in court then hands over to a person that joins the party on the same day that the person joins the party without an election as stated in the party constitution (illegality 2),the same party with illegal chairman wants to have a congress and field candidates to go to general elections…no wonder why the recruit nollywood lawyers that are specialist in losing cases like ejimakor and Kenneth okonkwo,Zamfara APC cleared all seats in the governorship elections but 5days to handover,the court nullified and declared PDP the winner because of these same internal errors but our one way traffic people won’t learn

The court meddle in their affairs, the court should undo what it started. David mark shouldn't be in court if the court did not start it. Ordinarily the party has internal mechanism, but because of political interference, the court chooses to meddle in bedroom affairs.

If the Court of Appeal judgment was not against them, why did they go to the Supreme Court? These people are bunch of hypocrites. They were shouting Tinubu, APC and INEC, while in the actual case, their house is truly on fire. The SC is still going to send them back to the FHC, because there is nothing to appeal against until the FHC says otherwise. They should have allowed the FHC to pronounce whether the court can interfere in a political party's affairs or not.

Saying Court interferes in internal party affairs is one of the greatest forms of gaslighting I have ever seen.Even court has interfered in APC matters in an unfavourable manner several times.

Court will never interfere with anything except one of the parties in a dispute approaches the court.

Thinking that a man that did not fear them in 2022/2023 when he was not in power and all odds were against him fears them now that he has the power and his party is stronger than ever is one of the weirdest delusions of the 21st century after their "buhari is jubril of sudan" gibberish of 2017-2021 that we have ever seen in the country.

If there is an internal dispute in a party and inec is dragged in to the matter ,and one faction approaches the court for interpret of certain things ,the court can interfere . The truth must be told ,,which obviously David Mark and co aren't saying or revealing. They made serious legal mistakes but this is politics ,of course to gain sympathy they will blame it all on inec
