Zedcrest will cross 60% YTD tonight and this is just q1. I suspect equity funds will do above 100% this year. What i dont know is how next year will pan out. Who has experience with the stock market in election year |

princezzz:They’ve left csof behind since. Csof is at 50% or so. I noticed the first year of a new equity fund is almost always superb. That’s how zrosk burst into the scene last year and everyone was wondering who they were after a successful outing. Seems it takes a certain level of conviction to start an equity fund. Even the stock market thread on nland,if you hang there long enough, you start to hear some things lol, how much more a professional fund manager that may have friends that are underwriters |

Emzedz:Zedcrest has more gain from YTD than GT but I am very relax with investing with GT. From April 3, 2026 GT ₦12,431,501.34 increased to April 13, 2026 GT ₦12,899,624 While from April 1, 2026 Zedcrest ₦5,115,000 to April 13, 2026 ₦5,331,153.70. Upon subscribing you will take a little loss with GT due to narrow spread between bid and offer price while Zedcrest a bigger loss due to wider spread. GT has minimum 180 days holding period with 10% penalty on accrued gains for early withdrawal with 1.5% mgt fee on NAV while Zedcrest is minimum 90 days holding period with 20% penalty on accrued gains for early withdrawal with 1.5% on NAV. I have withdrawn 5m from GT fund before and was within 24hrs, haven't done with Zedcrest but they said like a week etc base on the current offer price bla bla bla |

Huge loss today on Stanbic Equity |
| Re: Equity Investment. by cyrilex202(m): 8:49pm On Apr 13 |
Too much heartbreak from Stanbic equity. When other fund managers will be making profit they will be making huge looses. Anytime they make profit is always a tiny Green. The worst part of it is that we don't know the stock they invested on to attually know is they are truly making losses as they claim. I only recovered from my March 4th deposit on the capital and today huge loses. I can't wait the for the 90 days minimum withholding period for me to withdraw my funds from them. Arizona86: |

Your GT should be like 13m now. My fund in Zrosk is already 13m at the end of March. Ensol:

Haha, I am back now. Make sure you try and load up your equity a bit to beat inflation; prices and living costs are skyrocketing everyday. Niiade: |

CSblackpink:Zrosk does better than GT, I would have invested in them also but not having an app makes me feel uncomfortable. I am not in Nigeria and don’t want to be sending mails and queries upon withdrawal |

| Re: Equity Investment. by CSblackpink(m): 9:48pm On Apr 13 |
I am not in Nigeria as well; withdrawal is always at the end of the month. Anyway, try and always top up when the market is red; you will make huge gains by doing this. Ensol: |

Not sure about Nigeria, but over here, I have to pay 30% tax on my dividends. My bank will file it for me and reinvest the rest in my shares. Niiade: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by CSblackpink(m): 12:46pm On Apr 14 |
Zedcrest, right? I just got a cheat code on how to make some profits on ETFS. I will lock in a tiny bit of my gains and wait for the market to dip, and the system will automatically buy more, and I will lock in the gains again. "Profit taking" I will make 14m from Zrosk this month; Seplat has been on fire. Iamblessed8888: |
