Following earlier claims by social media personality VDM, where he alleged that lawyers representing Blord had been reaching out and pleading over his release

A response has now surfaced from one of Blord’s lawyers.
Reacting to the claims, the lawyer dismissed VDM’s statements and made it clear he would not engage in any public back-and-forth. According to him, he is a learned individual and cannot be seen dragging issues with a layman, adding that he is “too big” to be involved in such controversy.
he was also quoted saying
"Blord only came out to claim he trademarked ‘Ratel’ just to get under VDM’s skin. In reality, he never actually trademarked it. This whole fight wouldn’t have escalated to this level if VDM hadn’t rushed to the police, crying that Blord used his name for criminal activities."

He further stated that the issue between VDM and Blord was originally meant to remain an online matter and should never have escalated to the point of legal action or court involvement.
This directly contradicts VDM’s earlier narrative, where he suggested that Blord’s camp, including legal representatives, had been reaching out behind the scenes.

The situation continues to unfold with both sides presenting different accounts of what really happened.

If you are wondering how this whole VDM vs Blord saga started and why it has escalated this much, here’s a quick breakdown:

Lol..no man is big or too big than another man..
Having more money or knowledge doesn’t make someone greater, it only shows what they have, not who they are.... I'm not even a fan of Vdm but he has made more positive impact than you Mr lawyer, even more than some of the billionaires we have in this country 🥱

I hate Nigerian lawyers because they're so proud. Even a 3rd class degree charge and bail lawyer go de form learned. I respect professions like medical field, engineering not lawyers. There's nothing special about them aside bragging about how they know the law. As if they'll use it to collect money for bank

This lawyer is just too apt, lettered and sound. Indeed he shouldn't be joining issues with a layman!

He cannot say that he is better than anybody because of his profession or what not, that is arrogance and arrogance is the cousin of ignorance.

This lawyer seems to be defending his reputation rather than defending Blord in court.

Imagine "too big" kaiiii.

I wish VDM would not withdraw this case.
Let's see who is too big or whose counsel is really too big.

Nonsense too big.

You practically failed at your job of giving the right counsel to your client.

How can BLORD be making spurious claims and expect VDM to fold his arms.
Folding his arms simply means he did whatever BLORD said he did.

He should save the Turenchi for the courtroom.

That's what he is paid for.

You lot deliberately omitted the full sentence for obvious reasons. He said he's too big to come down to that kind of scandal. The man rightly knows his place and has said it clearly in the video that he can't be joining words with VDM. Not everyone is set out for such level of pettiness.

Oga, whether you believe it or not, man is god to man. God created us equally, but all men aren't equal. People's hardwork or grace make them gods over others.
