Hello everyone. I’d like to clarify the AC flow please.
1. Arrival
2. Briefing
3. Group discussion (how many discussion topics are typically discussed here?)
4. Fact finding (Again, how many fact finding sessions? Is it one on one with the assessors?)
5. Presentation (Is it the findings from the fact finding that are being presented?)
6. Is there typically an interview session with panelists and each candidate?

I have asked these because I am told the AC lasts all day. Trying to understand what actually goes on so my preparation can be rightly tailored.

I've been searching for this everywhere so far no luck...i did the second assessment about 2 weeks ago and now i feel like i'm in the dark...it my regret mail from NLNG yesterday ironic i never thought too much on my progression with Total ..maybe i was a bit hopeful i'd scale through..now i'm trying to find like minds again for the anxiety inducing job hunt...but with Total this time...is it always going to be like this till my "big break" ...thats if it comes lol

Business formal. I’d say wear a suit. You don’t want to be feeling intimidated, others will dress to the nines. Match that energy. Doesn’t have to be designer label. But there’s a level of confidence that one exudes when they are wearing a very well fitting suit. Skirt or trouser is fine

The flow is mostly right. However after the group discussion (which is always first), different people have different activities. You might be on your fact finding activity while someone else is on their Presentation.

Sprinkled in there is a light breakfast and a very good lunch

3. Group discussion has 6 topics based on the last exercise
4. Just one and yes with the assessors
5. Presentation is different from fact finding and it was the hardest
6. No interview, only feedbacks

The AC last all day by 3 or 4pm you are done.

From the last AC, the questions were the same for everyone, if you need the job Don’t tell anyone the questions.
You can use the last AC questions to practice if you can find it
