Point of correction, Peter never said he would remove petrol subsidy instantly.


He said he would remove it in phases and monitor the effect gradually not boom like Tinubu that acts first so you guys can hail him as Jagaban before he then starts to rethink when it's already late.


The major reasons Tinubu failed as a President are:

1.) He is too arrogant and prideful; he believes nobody can challenge or question him.

2.) He is too divisive and tribalistic, he doesn't see the good qualities in other tribes especially Igbos, maybe because he wants Yorubas to see him as their Messiah or something.


3.) He is surrounded by sycophants who only want to share in the looting and are never ready to tell him the truth.

You see the bolded, I will disagree with you on that. Jagaban is a man that has worked and is still working with different tribes. I believe you remember his administration well when he was the governor of Lagos State. Ben Akabueze was one of his commissioners then.

He didn't meddle into the affairs of other tribes holding political posts in Lagos State such as Apapa, Amuwo Odofin and Ojo local government. He embraced all ethnic groups in Lagos State. Even if you go to the state's public offices, you will find igbos and other tribes there. In fact some yorubas are saying it that he actually caused what happened to his election in 2023 because he actually supported the igbos in Lagos State and embraced them hence the over familiarity was what gave the igbos the chance to meddle into the state's 2023 electoral process. I love how you presented your points and how you maturedly countered my own points without resorting to insults and invectives like others from your region that support Tinubu, who made us the atomic bombs we Peter Obi supporters are today.


Igbos having a stake in Lagos state is natural, it happens anywhere in the world where people become dominant and visibly active in a community, or even nation. Gradually they will naturally become part of the politics of that community. Igbos will do more than that without complain if Yorubas lived in any Igbo state in large numbers and contribute immensely to the growth of that community. It's a natural thing nobody can stop except xenophobic and tribalistic people who usually feel threatened by none indigenes taking up political positions in their community.



So it's not just Tinubu's doing. Igbos did same in the North before the war. Yorubas are doing same in London and in some other places in Canada and even Ireland. It's a natural thing. The greatest test of Tinubu's personality when it comes to tribalism and nepotism was after he was sworn in as President, not during his tenure as Lagos state Governor.


Obasanjo is a naturally born detribalized man, you don't need to defend him or explain to none Yorubas to accept Obasanjo as a detribalized man and leader. Tinubu is not one, please let's not drag it further because I am very tired after a long flight.

As for the other points, Peter Obi have his own strategy. Goodluck said something spectacular when he was President. He said using EFCC or ICPC to be chasing people around, harassing and arresting them, especially opposition or critics is not the best way to fight corruption. He said the best way to fight corruption is to block the loopholes and all the channels through which people in political positions and government offices steal money and by reducing human interference in government processes.


Dr Ngozika Okonjo-Iweala said the same thing. Reason they started the BVN, the single treasury account (TSA), and others.


But Tinubu and Buhari believe in show man to make people see them as strongmen.


Peter Obi na rock, una never understand sha, go and ask Anambra godfathers and criminals how far.
