Trump Hints Iran Talks Could Resume This Week As US Maritime Blockade Continues by Mattswaggz(op): 2:52am On Apr 15

President Donald Trump has suggested talks aimed at ending the war in Iran could resume this week, after negotiations collapsed at the weekend, prompting the US to blockade Iranian ports.

"You should stay there [Islamabad], really, because something could be happening over the next two days, and we're more inclined to go there," Trump was quoted as saying in an interview with the New York Post.

His remarks came as the American military said no ships had passed through the US-enforced blockade of Iranian ports and coastal areas in the first 24 hours of the operation.

The stand-off has raised doubts over the prospects for a two-week ceasefire that is due to expire next week.

The Iranian side has not yet responded to Trump's remarks, but United Nations Secretary General António Guterres said it was "highly probable" that talks would restart.

The earlier the better because oil and fertilizer could become something else sooner than later and countries like Nigeria that is import dependent could feel the ripple effects immensely.

But there is something that most people are obviously overlooking:
The alignment of muslim countries, with the actions of Iran.
People are not taking note that, for these muslim countries, even if the action of Iran hurts them badly, they still covertly support Iran by giving them the moral support and refusing to rise against them, while in the back, trying to protect themselves from the same terrorism by begging the US and Israel to finish the Job.
That is hypocrisy at its peak.

Saudi Arabia has an army, 10 times more powerful than Iran, but will swallow every one of Iran's actions other than taking action themselves.
The Kurds have been persecuted by the Iranian for a long time, yet they refused America offer to supply them with teh capacity to defeat the very IRGC that has been genoc!d!ng their towns. Simply because they believe it is a religious war in which Iran is the muslim country that should be supported. They had better have the situation in which Iran wins, they celebrate the victory of their religion, and their suffering continues. They are more loyal to religion than to life, and to the good life.

Iran are just bunch of empty mouthed and empty egocentric people. What happened to we will destroy America ship blockage? What happened to sending millions of military to attack? This people are joking with the US and when they see that trump is not Biden who chicken out they are now begging fro return back to negotiations.

Trump is just looking for any little chance for Iran to break the ceasefire and attack first, then he will use that as an excuse to rain hell on Iran. Fortunately for Iran, they got the message clearly and decided to return back to negotiations
