Based on the screenshots of the YTDs i was able to get, someone who started Equity from the begining of the year with these various fund managers will say that the distance no too far, they are all chasing themselves.

Minus Zedcrest wey dey carry us go where we no know

If you invested from the 1st of January with Zedcrest, you should be seeing about 61.47%
Paramount should be 44.46%
Cardinal Stone is at 37.41%
Stanbic Ethical fund is at 37.14%
Stanbic Imam fund is at 35.16%
Stanbic Equity is at 31.24%
Even the Balanced funds are not far behind.

Zenith balanced fund and ESG did 60.52% and 51.03% for last year.
I seriously did not understand what i was seeing for this year oo.

The goal should be the end of the year's value, depending on when you joined o, and the growth that occurred from that point.

I think paramount was the leading equity fund manager for last year, probably they are going to be leading this year too. Stanbic equity is now almost like savings account. Money market fund better pass stanbic equity now.

Do it ASAP before 4pm ish so you can join in the likely 2-3% to drop today. Zed likely to do around same todsy too.

Stanbic have been shit since March. The painful part is when other investment returns green Stanbic turn red. Or a very tiny Green. I have mailed them requesting for full portfolio holding in their Equity fund. It shouldn't be that they are repping investors off their money. Imagine on Monday many equity fund manager recorded profit and Stanbic recorded huge loses. Investors deserve transpiracy on investment
