Social Media Content Creator (Performance-Based) Location: Abuja or Lagos, Nigeria Company: LeaderBox Africa Application Email: support@leaderbox.africa Job Overview LeaderBox Africa is hiring a creative and execution-focused Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging street interview content and explainer videos that connect with everyday Nigerians. This is a performance-based role, meaning your earnings are tied directly to content that is successfully published. Key Responsibilities • Conduct street interviews in Abuja or Lagos • Create engaging, relatable video content • Edit and package videos for social media • Schedule and publish content across platforms • Maintain consistency in posting and quality Weekly Deliverables (Required) • 12–15 street interview clips recorded (max 2 mins each) • 3 edited interview videos posted weekly o Each video: 4–5 interview clips (1–2 minutes each) • Minimum of 2 explainer videos posted weekly • All content must be scheduled and published on different days Salary & Benefits • Basic Salary: ₦100,000 • Transport Allowance: ₦40,000 • Data Allowance: ₦10,000 • Total: ₦150,000/month Full payment is only made when all deliverables are completed and published. Important Notes • Payment is based strictly on published content • Unpublished or incomplete work will not be paid for • Missed targets will lead to proportional deductions • Consistent underperformance may result in termination Requirements • Must be based in Abuja or Lagos • Experience in video recording and editing • Comfortable approaching people for interviews • Strong understanding of social media content • Ability to meet deadlines consistently • Have your own video recording devices (e.g. phone with quality camera, microphone, etc.) • Having an existing channel as a micro-influencer is an added advantage Performance Evaluation • Weekly and monthly reviews based on: o Output volume o Consistency o Content quality How to Apply Send your application to Support@leaderbox.africa with: • A short video introduction • Links to past work or portfolio • Your current location (Abuja or Lagos) [img][/img]
