Except our nation is an islamic one, no religious law should be above the nations law. If the nations law, criminalizes killing, even if your god comes appear to you and ask you keel someone, its against the law and you will be purnished accordingly.

Perception differs from reality. Nigeria is not a normal country.

Remember the beheading of Kalu, The instigator, fresh from islamic studies in Sudan, was indicted and sentenced to death under Abacha, some his cohorts were killed, but he ended up a central bank governor. Even Abacha being a tyrant, had his limitations under religion.
The islam you see in Nigeria is not the one they practice everywhere else.
