Arteta’s tactics are wack. He can’t read a game and make the right substitution. No matter how poor Eze May be, he shouldn’t have removed him. All our attacking effort ended immediately Eze was removed.

We need a massive clearance at the end of the season. Trossard, Martinelli, Havertz, White, G.Jesus and Odegaard all need to go. We must buy two quality right and left wingers, a top striker and an attack minded midfielder.
The same wack tactics that makes arsenal the only unbeaten team in this season's UEFA Champions League?

You fans sef embarassed

If arsenal should qualify for CL final. Epl belongs to them, it called psychology of edge
No amount of psychology of edge can remove a leading City who have only lost one match in their last 40 games of week 28 to 38 over the past four seasons. Ask Liverpool 2019 who were fighting with City for the league, reached the UCL final, even won the UCL final but couldn't win the EPL, which they lost on the last day to City.

Arsenal have easier fixtures
Their remaining opponents are in the bottom half of the table.
City get Brentford, Everton, Bournemouth, Aston villa and they are all fighting for Europe
Especially the first 3
Those bottom half teams are fighting for their lives now...they are more dangerous

I just checked the table.
Arsenal is playing it's 33rd game with a point of 70 and a GD of 37
Man City is playing it's 32nd game with a point of 67 and a GD of 36.
If the game ends this way and Man City won it's 33rd game by 2:0, they will have the same point as Arsenal but with 38 GD against Arsenal GD of 37.
Man City will top the table. Arsenal needs prayer and hardwork.
Man city doesn't need to win the next game by 2-0. Even a 1-0 win will take them top of the league. They'd have same goals difference as arsenal but have more overall goals scored

Selling Debruyne, Salah and now Havertz have to be the worst sales Chelsea ever made!
If they remained at Chelsea they may not get to where they are now. Environment impacts. Coach, team mates, other backroom staff members and the philosophy of a team impacts in a player's improvement as well.
The ones that remained since then, what's the level of improvement in comparison with those that left?

Some remained and flopped, others left and flopped.
Some remained and improved, others left and improved as well.

what has those 3 players win that Chelsea havent win. What I like Chelsea for is that no player can stand in there way. Enzo will go by June.... We play a full season with transfer ban and we still win something that season, which club can do that.

They left Osimhen to find Oyinbo striker.

ARSENAL were annoyed that we couldn't defeat MAN CITY for them

if they had those 4 you mentioned they won't bottle this shxt this easily, my reason is purely because these four might just be better than the ones they will be replacing in the current arsenal team.

Whoever got O' Rielly to Man City deserves a pay raise. Pep has that guy to thank for Man City's resurgence. Dude has been awesome. what an incredible player he has become!
From City academy but he's a nemesis to teams especially Arsenal.

IyaTola:
I get the idea you’re going for—that momentum and belief can flip everything. There is something real about that psychological edge.

But it’s not quite that automatic. Even if Arsenal F.C. reach the UEFA Champions League Final, it doesn’t suddenly hand them the Premier League.

Momentum can boost confidence, sure—but it can also stretch the squad thin, increase pressure, and shift focus. Chasing two massive prizes at once is usually where teams drop points, not gain them. We’ve seen it plenty of times: big European nights followed by flat league performances.

Also, the league isn’t just about mindset—it’s about consistency over 38 games. If it’s already “not in their hands,” then even a psychological lift won’t change the math unless other teams slip.

So yeah, reaching a final could energize them, no doubt. But calling the league “theirs” because of that? That’s a bit of a leap. Football doesn’t reward vibes alone—it still comes down to results, week in, week out.
Remember its a dream that almost look like a penalty, I think arsenal will rather die on the pitch than tolerate another year of insult
Re: Manchester City Vs Arsenal At (2 - 1) On 19th April 2026 by Peacecore: 9:08pm On Apr 19
IyaTola:
Yeah, if Manchester City win their game like that, they edge ahead on goal difference — but football rarely follows neat calculations. There’s still room for twists.

Arsenal aren’t just sitting there hoping for miracles. They’ve been consistent for most of the season, and teams under pressure can sometimes find another level. One strong win, a couple more goals, or even a slip from City changes the whole picture again.

Also, goal difference swings quickly — a single big result can flip that +1 gap right back. It’s not like City are miles ahead; it’s razor-thin.

So yeah, maybe a bit of “prayer” if you like, but it’s really about staying sharp, taking chances, and not letting the pressure crack them. Title races are won in moments like this — and Arsenal still have their moments left.
