Buy high capacity inverter
Buy more than enough Solar Panel
Get a good installer who will prioritise panel supply to PHCN supply, that is you will be using panel generated electricity directly and switch to grid power when the sun is low or cloudy days.

Imagine powering all your AC's with panel during the day even without battery.

Nigeria can never develop as long as there is this band electricity thing where some people get electricity for 2 hrs a day and some 12 hours a day

Maybe he's living in one room and only has a bulb and fan for electricity. Because if you live in at least room and parlor with a tv you'll use more than 1,500 per month. Even if you don't have fridge.

Is band c not 20 units 1000 naira. So 1,500 is 30 units. Maybe he's living in a heavily unfurnished house and shares toilet and bathroom with others hence he can pay 1,500 for light per month.

You never know... that BAT guy may be living in a one room "face me, I nod U" apartment in Sangotedo where they share light bills, with him having to pay for only energy saving bulb and a socket to charge phone with which he login to Nairaland in his room.
