If we are talking of stable characters, Jonathan is a more stable person than all those who have come after him and of course we need stable personalities in government not those who smoke things. |

If only Jonathan had had half of the guts Obasanjo had, we would have been in a better place today A gentleman, too "perfect" to a fault, didn't want to hurt anyone, always pandering the the whims and caprices of others, easily tossed to and fro, unstable in his ways... All he needed to do was borrow from the ruggedity of Obasanjo for the 6years he was there... I guess he was probably waiting till second term to "show his true colour", that's why the first term was spent asslicking the northerners Na where Tinubu take pass am be that... Tinubu might not be getting some things right, but we can't doubt that he has the balls, balls of steel for that matter... As much as I believe there are some decisions Tinubu is waiting to take in his second term due to their "explosive" nature, he has shown us he's headstrong enough to face a direction and bulldoze his way through no matter the obstacle I really wish he could just show his strondheadedness in areas that'll positively impact on the economic situation of citizens and in curbing the insecurity across the country Side note: He has to call SanwoOlu to order concerning the rising insecurity in his Lagos... Lagos is now on a downward trend and the governor doesn't seem to care, probably because his tenure has ended... Doesn't he know this will affect the performance of the party in the forthcoming election? |

Parachoko:I only asked a question because you’re based in Nigeria where your judiciary system is inside the pocket of your politicians…. So before you insult your father, make sure you’re not below 40…. Being indicted here in the US doesn’t stop any criminal from ruling you guys… after all your current god Tulumbu was also indicted for drugs here in the United States but he’s your president…so like I said, hope your lawyer has a lawyer because when you’re picked, no body is saying jack for you. |

You are all failures no 2nd word for you. Did you do anything to strengthening our electoral process while you were in power for good 6 years? But you are the one jumping from country to country that you are monitoring elections.. abeg! If Nigerians were satisfied with your leadership Buhari couldn't have defeated you in the poll. You all failed this nation! |

Atiku is a nauseating hypocrite. No fan of Jonathan at all because his time in office did not birth a single fundamental reform with many of those needed badly and urgently for Nigeria to begin moving towards becoming a developed nation. Nonetheless, Atiku has nothing, zero achievement, anyone can use to support his claim of being the "experienced" leader he claims Jonathan. Show me an Atiku supporter and I will show you the most emotional, senseless and unreasonable human being on God's earth because that is what a person must be to be insisting Atiku is best. |

Jonathan , your best was not good enough....you were an ineffectual buffoon 😁😁😁😁. As for Dubai landlord , he has a chequered history .... Corruption and AA are like twins ..He should retire from politics and take a flight to Dubai....He doesn't have any thing new to offer Nigerians... |

Redoil:Because weak Jonathan allowed them to do him dirty, if Tinubu was going in and out of courts just the way Malami and Rufai doing now, heaven would not fall, before he removes from adversaries that wanted to pull him down, he would have crossed to the other side |
| Re: I Made Mistakes, But Did My Best – Jonathan Replies Atiku by WizardOfNG: 7:34am On Apr 22 |
helinues:Precisely. Atiku is the biggest 'Red Flag ' in Nigerian civilian leadership today. No one comes close. In fact, show me any Southerner supporting Atiku (since it is natural for some Northerners to vote their own) and I will show you a person one must never take seriously because they lack sound reasoning. |

Wadoboy:As a sitting president, you jail whoever you want and nothing, I repeat nothing will happen. If they tell you, Rufai can be in custody for months, you would have said, nobody can do it,but president doing it now and heaven hasn't fall. |

Hemanwel:I hope you know same tinubu helped gej become president with the save Nigeria group, in 2011 tinubu delivered south west votes to gej only for gej to turn around and shut tinubu out of his administration and try to undermine him in the sw, we all know how it turned out for gej. It is well known how gej came to lagos in 2015 to try and use dollars to buy support but none of the people he tried to secure their support could help him win , tinubu had moved on with his structure. Why do you think the first person to congratulate tinubu in 2023 was gej ,I'm sure you have seen the picture multiple times on nl. |
| Re: I Made Mistakes, But Did My Best – Jonathan Replies Atiku by WizardOfNG: 7:41am On Apr 22 |
Redoil:Opposition politics is adversarial. If Jonathan truly had the leadership capacity, he should have been competent enough to tackle what his opponents were throwing at him because Tinubu and Atiku etal are opposition leaders who wanted GEJ out of power. They have no business serving him Tea and Cake or laundering his image positively. UK PM, Starmmer, is having a tough time lately with his position under threat. Meanwhile Kemi Badenoch is sticking the knife in, every second of every day, so she and her Tory Party benefit. That's politics bro. "Don't hate the player, hate the game". |

betabread:Lets not even fuul ourselves, Atiku cant win 2027 election maybe in the future you see that thing "ZONING" started by PDP, atiku was a foundation of will Hunt him. On arisetv i heard Atiku say, Zoning wont stop him becos South have spent 18yrs and north are behind 10yrs .... thats no man's making/fault, life happened and only life can happen again to give North a balance, not man .. Zoning will continue thats why Ribadu & some north big weight are already anticipating 2031 Should Atiku comeout, TInubu will win easily cos everyone knows it " South" turn ...naa only atiku & dele momodu fail to accept Zoning exist. Its more feasible for Atiku support base to add to obedient buh obedient will not align with atiku, thats the problem |

madridguy:All these folks brainwashed by zombie WhatsApp group updates That's how Buhari was asking where is the fawa when OBJ tackled him Your Ogas already know how to press your mumu button to mask their failures in office They'll start raising lies and propaganda instead of owning their failures Look atew for example. Tinubu claimed that Atiku sold all our assets and you're helping him to parrot it Same Tinubu who didn't even sell Lagos assets. He privatised it for himself including the state Poly!! |

| Re: I Made Mistakes, But Did My Best – Jonathan Replies Atiku by WizardOfNG: 7:52am On Apr 22 |
Hemanwel:Jonathan was placed far above his station and capacity. Even he knows that. You all forget this is a man with no ambition to be Bayelsa Governor let alone President. What I will credit Jonathan with is his depth of critical thinking that makes him see and understand that Tinubu was his opposition leader while he was President meaning they had different permanent interest which defines virtually all political engagement Today they are not in opposition and Jonathan recognises all Tinubu did was politics and nothing more. Nothing personal either. He also understands , haven been President, that Tinubu is a far better leader than him who can deal with the monsters he could not. He knows deep down such a person is far better as a friends and ally than those who ,even using terrorism, made his own Presidency hell. |

Borrow2222:You said it all already. Jonathan was too soft and weak. He is the kind of leader we need. Someone who has the fear of God but the evil caucus in the country needed a more tough person. He should have jailed those he perceived were recruiting and building insurgency immediately cos he has more intel and needed to act without minding gossips or fowl cries |

Borrow2222:I agree 💯 with you. I have tried to make this point in many places and people didnt' see it. If Jonathan had performed well, Nigerians wouldn't have had to start looking for someone, anyone to curb the slide into gross impunity under Jonathan. Most Nigerians wrongly thought Buhari would halt that slide with his military background and austere nature of 1984. Not knowing that this new Buhari was now mentally ill and unprepared for the job so he relied on a cabal of greedy nepotists to rule for him. And o, how much they ruined this country! |
