I don't know how old some of you were 20 years ago, when some of us were rolling around these parts, but I can assure you Umuahia looked nothing like this back then. And that's putting it mildly. And the great thing is that this infrastructural revolution is happening all over the country, not just in one place, due to the heavily increased allocations to the states by the Tinubu administration.
