That's the reasons in bolded.

Some stole and looted funds during their hey days in office, and when they finally heed the clarion call six feet below, the descendants squander the funds and go back to square one.

Their fathers didn't teach their children that money is worked for, not plucked like leaves or stolen from coffers. That's why their children are the dregs of the society.

That's why I'll teach my children how to bake their own bread, so they don't succumb to greed and disgrace the family name because of undeclared wealth that they cannot enjoy later.
