Because the US naval blockade is a violation of the ceasefire, it is because of this that Iran closed back the Strait of Hormuz, which is called reciprocation in diplomatic circles.

Naval blockade anywhere in the world is an act of war, that is why Iran is saying you cant be at war with us under a false ceasefire and you want us to negotiate with you, in the first instance you are the aggressor.

If you dont understand international law, you will just be asking unnecessary questions and be entangled in meaningless and unnecessary debates and arguments.
