It doesn't even mean we still cant borrow, but let the borrowing be tied to very specific capital projects. |

Very good questions asked about this government. There is no justification whatsoever for borrowing. What improvement have you seen in Nigeria as regards infrastructural development. Security is on zero levels, No jobs, Commodities are unpayable. What is he borrowing for. It's 4 years yet no constant Light. You quit paying subsidy yet no Nigerian refinery is working. You have nothing to say about this backward APC GOVERNMENT |

Nigeria was borrowing to pay for subsidy before Asiwaju became the President Under Jonathan, we were borrowing to pay Salaries, borrowing to pay for subsidy, Pension, and also borrowing to build projects Under Buhari, we were borrowing to pay subsidy on fuel, and also borrowing to pay salaries, pensions and also borrowing to build projects Under Asiwaju, we're not borrowing to pay pensions or salaries, we're not borrowing to pay for subsidy, we're only borrowing to spend on Capital Projects. I expect Sanusi to know there's no problem borrowing to build capital projects |

That's the question every logical and sane human being should be asking. But trust APC data boys to attack Sanusi now. Guestmale:NELFUND is a loan to students who will pay it back. We don’t even know yet whether it is a blessing or a curse in future sef! Despite subsidy removal? What happens to the trillions saved from the removal? Nigeria is over N18 trillion in debt under Tinubu who has also borrowed over $20 billion in the last 3 years, is it not logical to ask why more borrowings when we should be more prudent and circumspect of the effect on the country's economy and future? |

If you see the way budget is dirty, one chance, driving taking one way, beating traffic. You will know this government don't know how to tackle or maintain governance. The simple of things, they cannot do then you expect them to carryout huge difference ? |

After almost 4 years of subsidy removal, Nigerians are yet to feel any positive impact. Poverty has not been alleviated, it has rather increased at a very alarming rate. Economy and electricity have gone from bad to worse. Average Nigerians have gained nothing so far. SMH |

God bless this emir! Very critical question. If subsidy is gone as been told, the federal government should have sufficient money in it's account to reduce borrowing. But the reverse is the case and Nigerians will face the economic fallouts. What's the economics behinds this subsidy matter as factor for improved living standards? I beg I need answers. |

Sanusi always talks for propaganda sake sometimes, if we dont borrow just because we are saving money from subsidy, are those savings enough to cater for the huge amount of projects and infrastructure deficit we are having? Lagos-Sokoto 1000km road is expensive, shey na 1trillion naira go finish am? Lagos Airport modernizarion, Lagos-Calabar road is there amongs many other ongoing projects everywhere in the country. My advise is for FG to borrow more than $100billion, use the money to build the infrastructure, toll them and use those tolls to payback the loans in time, we will have the infrastructure for our generations to use and also improve our economy faster than this small small borrowings. Sanusi should go sit down somewhere because of kano politics. |

When the internet started, many people ignored it. Today, it has created millionaires and changed lives. Now AI is here, and history is quietly repeating itself. Some people are already using it to create content, handle customer messages, generate marketing ideas, automate tasks, and even run parts of their business. The difference between those who benefit and those who regret later is simple: early action. You don’t have to master everything at once — just start learning and understanding it. I’ve been looking at how this plays out in real business situations, from simple content to customer engagement, and it’s quite interesting. Curious what people here think https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=72cwwVKogiA?si=-0vX1rLWpd2MamSQ |

Why would Tinubu not borrow if the proceed from subsidy removal isn't enough for him to loot? Majority of the people working with Tinubu now had warned you in the past not to vote for him, but you refused to take heed. Even those ones have been bought over to keep quiet and enjoy the loots. Next time when you hear "Drug Lord" on the ballot, you would learn by force, or you continue to learn in a hard way. You will learn in a hard way. Image123: |
