Somebody once said even if u give him 30 years he will not be able to achieve anything. Election is coming so they have to borrow. He will share the money with Yarimo because that is one of the laziest boy I have ever seen on this forum. He can't even think properly. |

Parachoko:Was it not Jonathan that did reconstruction of Lagos-Ibadan expressway? That road was almost completed before buhari came to re-award the little part around shagamu that had been awarded before. Once they assure you people of a bag of rice, you will never see something good in what your perceived enemies had done. Don't even go the area of comparing GEJ with this wicked blood sucking party in power today. Who cares kilometer of road construction when people are struggling for daily survival. Tell your master to bring cement back to #1,500-#2,000 per bag, and drop food inflation to how it was in 2014 before we can begin comparison. Na Lagos Calabar road people go chop or sleep on? Any government that has failed to improve people living conditions in the area of food, shelter and clothing has no business staying in corridor of power |

It's one question people have refused to ask. After taking out loans for the so called electricity project in a sector that is privatised, the government took again another loan in a phony fiber optic project and i asked wasn't the telecommunication sector privatised? Yet again yesterday another huge loan for sokoto whatever super-highway. Trillions have been saved from subsidy , yet loans, upon loans and the opposition in the National Assembly are keeping quiet .The money saved from subsidy is pocketed by few individuals and hence the loans simple. |

dhope:Do you think you're talking to a 10 years old boy? 😡😡 How can you be lying so boldly 😡😡😡😡 Or is there another Lagos-Ibadan express way in this Nigeria you're talking about? Jonathan was only fixing Lagos Ibadan on papers, nothing was been done. Buhari started the construction of the Lagos Ibadan expressway. Buhari did most of th work on the road, Asiwaju is now finishing it |

I'm Parachoko:Agreed. What happened to the excess money realized from removal of subsidy? Crude oil price rose above 100% , what happens to the oil windfall? |

Parachoko:Tell me more about it. Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Lagos-Ibadan Railway, Kaduna-Abuja Railway, Kaduna-Kano Expressway, Warri-Itakpe Railway, Lekki Deep Seaport, Baro Port, Second Niger Bridge, 700MW Zungeru Hydropower plant, AKK gas pipeline, Loko Toko Bridge, several dry ports, etc. Kindly list out Tinubu's projects in similar manner. |

Criteria for Government/Public borrowings: 1) for capital projects ONLY 2) there must be marginal income/revenue from the completed projects 3) low interest loan 4) loan duration/tenure should not surpass projects lifespan 5) ability to repay loan as agreed and and repayment funded mostly from the projects income/revenue 6) aggregate loan portfolios still under the internationally agreed threshold ratio, that is, Loan bs GDP, Loan vs Budget Allocation for Loan Services etc. If I may ask Khalifah Sanusi: 1) why is America borrowing every single day of this life and sitting under the loan burden of about $40 Trillion, even as USA’s infrastructure is developed to a 1st world standard 2) how can Nigeria rapidly develop her infrastructure to, at least, 2nd world standard with a meagre revenue of less than $50 Billion per annum 3) can a less than $15 Billion annual capital budget make desirable impact on our demand for rapid development 4) The NYPD—New York City Police Department alone, spends about the same as the total 250m Nigeria’s annual budget , how pathetic is that 5) how can Nigeria’s GDP reach a $$$Trillion without adequate provision for capital projects and creating economic opportunities for the masses 6) is it not a shame that Nigeria GDP is considered one of the lowest by population and other indices 7) can anyone, including Khalifa Sanusi proffer funding alternatives for infrastructure for Nigeria |

The Troubles With Sanusi: Mallam Sanusi should Step Down -from the Traditional Ruler Seat and joined the Politicians, since there are so many Ways of Communicating to the Govt- but he chose to be garrulous, irrespective whether his suggestions is valid or not,Sanusi Mission is detrimental to the Tinubu's Govt - the earlier the Govt knows this ,the better. • He is an a Ruler that lives in a Limelights life-and has always been a dissidents. He did it to Jonathan- govt and must not be allowed to go scott- Free again, for he was the very CBN Governor: • that destroys some Southern -Banks of Intercontinental bank, Union Bank and Others, • by giving Spurious Excuses , - that the CEO were using Shareholders -Funds, etc, which Financial Experts have debunked, For Example - what was the Value of the Bank ,eg Intercontinental Bank,Union-bank he claimed to be Sick at that time and according to him, - But why don't you remove the CEO, and allowed the Banks to Live, • thereby throwing away Thousands of Bank Workers and their Family were put in trouble, till today ,because of Unchecked- Power of Sanusi! While the likes of Saraki were looking elsewhere, when they should have checked- Mated him with their Own - Oversights- FUNCTIONS, but they didn't care or pretend to Allow Intercontinental Bank being -Swallowed up by Smaller -Access Bank - Who ironically -Borrowed Money 💰 from the same Intercontinental Bank. Indeed,What Cannot Happen In Nigeria-Doe Not Exist! • Since Sanusi left the CBN - has there not been Some Banks going down but the New CBN Management used Wisdom and Prudential Means to SAVE them AND THEY ARE Alive Today ? • The Same Sanusi gave out NBillions- to Northern Universities,as he claimed The CBN- Act gave him such Power, While Jonathan was helpless and all those inactions -Contributed to Jonathan govt fall. I pity any Southerners supporting the gaulibles and Sanusi ought to join Nigerian Politicians by dropping his royal toga and Carry Elections Boxes too . |

Mandate1:See ehn all these 'projects' his praise singers keep yapping about are conduits. Lagos-badagry expressway of far fewer kms is a project that has been ongoing for well over 20years now. Those wey don collect their own share don finish their terms don comot. This one too share will be collected, and he sef go do him own wuruwuru comot. And then they will come and talk about how at least he started those roads, whether him finish am or whether accountability dey, that one no go matter again 🤣🤣 |

AMINDA:Wetin concern Buhari with Lekki deep seaport? And by the way, I won't be having this kind of unnecessary argument with you because Buhari nah APC man. He tried his best and Asiwaju is continuing from where he stopped. Buhari spent 8 years in Power Tinubu has not spent up to 3 years in power |

Parachoko:Typical. As expected. Bottomline is that Tinubu has outborrowed Buhari despite not paying subsidies but he has no commensurate projects to show. |

iwaeda:What sort of stupid statement is this? Must nations borrow money for consumption or for capital development? Almost every nation on earth borrow money for their development and that's why we have the IMF, World bank etc. Sanusi is saying rubbish here. Our 2027 budget is just $50 Billion USD for over 230 million population while Singapore, a City State of 6 million people has a budget of US$ 120 Billion this year. I don't like the impact that palace is having on Sanusi's brain. |
