She can take her appeal anywhere she wants. The law is simple and clear over defamation . For example, you call someone a killer and cannot show evidence of who they killed let alone present a dead body.

How can the law rule other than conclude you are defaming the character of others with lies and false claims?

The law, unless compromised, is not emotional or prejudices as most Nigerians are in determination to rep their corner or person.
