He should just be paying little by little, even if it's 2k, and anytime they call he should pick.... And also tell them that you'll stop paying if they message any of Ur contacts.

The loan is due on Monday if they don't give me something to sort these people out then I won't teach anymore,I have tried my best. This morning I inboxed them and they're telling me to hope on God.
45k that's my salary and I'm supposed to collect half salary as I'm here like this on God.

I'm tired of this type of life already.

What sort of nonsense is that?

You are tarnishing the person's image and it's punishable by the law. Owing someone is not a criminal offence. There are procedures for recovering bad debts. In the case of loan apps, the CBN has categorized such acts as calling contacts defamatory

If we go into agreement, and you breached the agreement, and I go to your father to explain exactly what you did, I have not DEFAMED you and you will lose in court.

So recently I borrowed 250k from easimoni with hope of paying back this month, unfortunately the money I was expecting to pay back with didn't come again.

I searched their customer care number and called them to plead with them if I can be given an extension till September, I don't mind if they will add interest to it. I just don't want any to call me and harass me, I was told they don't give any extension.

Currently I don't know what to do, I don't have the money now, except from my savings which I can have access to by September.

For them to lend you that much, it means they must have given you a lot of previous loans with outrageous interest.

Zero your mind and shenk them.

Have you bothered to check the nature of the messages these people send out? I think it has more to do with the nature of the message being sent out than the sending the message itself

You had hope of finds in September and should have waited until then before committing to a loan by one of these loan apps, you just have to live with the consequences until you're able to pay. N250K na block money o (as Oduma would say). I don't envy you in your current situation bro/sis shocked

I have used easymoni since last year and have always paid back even before due date, now they don't even grant me new loans despite having a credit limit of 1.8 million now.
each time I apply they just reject me...anyway I don't need them anymore as the new side hustle I got recently really help my normal salary

Don't borrow to pay a loan. It will only cause more pains.

There's nothing you can do, let them call and you tell them you don't have the money. If they go ahead to embarrass you, don't pay them again.

Guy forget shame, if you de fear shame you fit do terrible things to yourself because of money. Many celebrities have gone through shame and they're still balling. Plead with them for time, if they mess up your image, no play them again.
