Pay oooooo, there is what is called a credit score. Other banks will be looking at it. Find a way to settle it. Because if they report you to the crdit bureau, your other banks will not like to give you incentive. I discovered this the hard way, Access bank DTS stopped working and they refused to give me loan, salary advance and many small small benefits that i used to enjoy. Iater found iut that the COVID 19 loan was affecting my credit score.

I have settled my COVID 19 loan but the issue now is that NIRSAL micro finance bank will not give me letter of non indebtedness and my credit has not yet been updated by them with the credit bureau.

Anyone who has outstanding credit or loans, settle them o. Those calls are your least worries.

Some visa application and jobs also check your credit scores from the bureau and many nigerians are ignorant
Please which website is this huh I need to check my credit score

I had a terrible experience with them last year when my payment was late for just 2days...bro! My mind no touch ground untill I got it paid and ever since that time, I promised myself never again. I will advise you, to raise this morning elsewhere and paid them off. They will make life a hell for you. The ease in that monie is FRUSTRATION.

So recently I borrowed 250k from easimoni with hope of paying back this month, unfortunately the money I was expecting to pay back with didn't come again.

I searched their customer care number and called them to plead with them if I can be given an extension till September, I don't mind if they will add interest to it. I just don't want any to call me and harass me, I was told they don't give any extension.

Currently I don't know what to do, I don't have the money now, except from my savings which I can have access to by September.
Good thing it is Easimoni and not Palmcredit or Alend. Just try and be paying small small and you're good. Those other loan apps I mentioned will frustrate and disgrace you...they will practically ruin your life and you would wish you never downloaded their app. Once again, try and be paying back small small...September is a very long time, and what if something happens in September? Just be paying this loan small small, 5k today, 10k tomorrow, even 2k sometimes. Before you know, you have finished paying it.

If you will adhere to these advice, you will give yourself a lot of peace...I mean real peace
1. From this month, show payback commitment from as low as 5k or even less.
2. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THEIR CALLS, IT DOESNT MEAN ANYTHING AS LONG AS YOU DO NO 1.
3. DO number 1 until you are able to payback comfortably. Calling them won't work at all.
4. Please, your peace is highly needed. Do number 1 and they won't even bother you
Every other points derives it origin from No.1, customer dada ni ye!

Bros the Lord is your strength, be strong he will certainly come for your help.

I w kissas just called right now I'm oweing palmpay 5300 and my bank 20k even opay I was expecting my salary so I could pay palmpay today the rest are in next month do you know that it is almost a month now or so I haven't been paid salary they keep telling me God will do it for me. Even people I'm oweing now harass me I went to buy ordinary egg #600 the woman said she doesn't do credit and she collected the eggs from me, that's how bad it can be I will work and teach kids who are rude, spoilt and mannerless and this kids hardly pay school fees so what am I working for.

Last year July salary was paid in September ask me how I managed to cope I did extra lessons then even the lesson I was feeding myself then I had savings ever since this year it's one salary delay or the other... that's when I started borrowing to eat. The loan is due on Monday if they don't give me something to sort these people out then I won't teach anymore,I have tried my best. This morning I inboxed them and they're telling me to hope on God.
45k that's my salary and I'm supposed to collect half salary as I'm here like this on God.

I'm tired of this type of life already.[/quote]

Our president is owing loans worth 20 Trillions of naira, and he is not bothered, he kept on borrowing more loans everyday.

Even our Senate president is encouraging Tinubu to keep borrowing loans everyday.

My brother, don't worry yourself, as far as our President is not worried, we are not worried about payment.

We are following the footsteps of our president, Bola Tinubu.

God bless Nigeria.

Pls I also owe the same easimoni from last year December 800k, the business crashed and I have not been able to pay back although I have it in mind to be paying gradually but I heard they will be using for interest not the actual amount I borrowed.

The truth is I don't have the money to pay at once, pls what can I do ?

Also can owing them affect any of my bank transactions such receiving salary (as a salary earner) and so on knowing that they have my bvn ?

Very easy, collect loan from another bank to service their loan...that way you buy yourself more time for the expected money to arrive

Where is the defamation? Are you owing or are you not owing?

Of I call your friend to tell them that you are owning me money and it is true, that is not defamation.

Carefully read their terms, conditions and policies before you accept.
Accessing anyone's contacts without their consent is regarded as breach of privacy in our constitution and it's a serious crime, sending messages to people in your contacts without your consent is defamation in law.

Like I told the other guy, read the Terms, Condition and Policies before you accept.

If we go into agreement, and you breached the agreement, and I go to your father to explain exactly what you did, I have not DEFAMED you and you will lose in court.
Debt recovery is entirely a civil matter, it's immaterial whether you read their terms and conditions expressly stated before they gave you the loan... Did they state that they would involve third parties in the event of default? Did they also state in their terms and condition that they would subject you to defamatory content to your contacts in the event of a breach? The law on privity of contract is sancrosant here, and once that line is breached, you can move against them in the event whereby you were defamed as a criminal or whatever...

Una wey nor read law na una mouth sharp pass, and una nor know anything.

Defamation is a civil wrong, and if you defame me, I will countersue and won't pay back such loan.

You are correct but making payments according to agreement is the best for him to sleep well. Also, Thier interest might get to double the amount before the september he said. In my own opinion, make calculation and brake the savings to pay them 100% and hve good rating as well as good sleep. More so, the charges on broken savings will be lesser than keep rolling the interest on the balance till September.

My own case is quite different. I collected 110,000 from Okash to pay 130,000 😯 what an outrageous interest under one month. So before my due date I paid them 120,000 abi I no try? At least they got 10,000 interest from me, but this people said lie lie I must pay all the interest, I just kuku leave them. Omo since then calls upon calls, I vex use Truecaller follow them 😅
