First Statement is not true. Glass surface area is smaller but overall, the cook top is basically the same size.

Surprisingly the physical buttons are great and responds well. Runs cool too.

However, I noticed that it mostly comes with preset modes and unfortunately, I can't adjust wattage and timer for any one of them. I'm literally stuck with the timer given for each cook mode thereby making it impossible for me to use unlike Maxi's.

@zenith4biz I'll be needing your help with this. How do I manually set custom cooking mode with adjustable timer and wattage?
Choose steam, the wattage is adjustable to 200w and I think fry too

The hack is choose a preset and try to adjust the wattage. I do use steam

When dollarnaira dey say na who get sense dey use solar, nor be joke matter.

I have been on just 2 590w monofacial jinko panels for long and I DONT CHARGE WITH GRID. More than 80% of my family cooking, refrigeration, ironing, 55w (6 bulbs) security lighting daily and MORE usage ARE ALL FROM SOLAR. And my battery has NEVER EVER gone less than 60% once.

If we dey insist on Lifepo4 for here, e get why. The key word is EFFECIENCY.

Modified:
My roof is not the send down the rain type of roof you guys use for your buildings, and my panels are sw facing, more towards the west. Those 2 ginko panels dey fire steady.
I see lots of assumptions here, yet you didn’t suggest a possible cause/solution. It’s a LFP setup by the way and it’s run as efficiently as possible! I know the reason the battery goes off (one bad cell in the old battery setup) and I addressed that by changing to a new bigger 24V 8kw battery bank but as you read, why it doesn’t come back on till sunrise is the knot i’m trying to untie here.

I replaced the fans already with real brushless fans and they very quiet now, I can now sleep in peace. The fans are quite pricey.

The fans just humming on high load above 2kva doesn’t make noise like normal fans, I guess it’s because of the blade design. Sounds like the motor of an electric bike when it’s on speed.

I would be ordering and replacing this with all my inverters from now on.
Good to hear this, let me quickly order for my inverter too. Where did you order it from?

This has happen to me before, it turned out that I have rust at the box behind the solar panel from moisture from rain etc
Hope you have solved the problem, I believe you are not using the powmr that also give issue when it enters float I.e any time your battery is fully charged it will never give you full power again except you disconnect and reconnect the charge controller

Fry adjusts based on temperature (I don't fully understand that yet), Steam wattage is adjustable but not timer (I can't control when it shuts off), pancake is adjustable, but maximum is 1,200w. This is basically the only option that is usable for me say I want to cook beans for instance. But I want more than 1200w. At least 1,500w.

Or is it my unit? Please help me confirm coz on Maxi I have full control of everything.

Evening people, please I have a question: how much watt/kw do 1.5hp and 1hp inverter ACs normally/typically draw/consume?
Thank you.
Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by osayuwamwen(m): 7:08pm On Apr 25
one thing I notice about induction cooker is thicker pot tends to draw less energy compare to thin pot

@zenith4biz
what's the default cooking?

I use midea. Whenever I turn it on, the default starts at 1600w and it's adjustable including the timer.

It depends from manufacturer to manufacturer so trust what the manufacturer says than what anyone will tell you. Mostly 1HP starts from 900- 1100 watts and reduces as much as 200watts for some while 1.5hp from 900 - 1200watts and reduces to 400- 600watts when the room is cool. Be mindful of some 1HP that comes with aluminum core they always tend to fail after some years

Please can a smarten 1kva 12v inverter charge a cworth 12v 100a lithium battery well[sup][/sup]
why not share with us the sticker on the body of said inverter let's make a Guess BUT left to me, I would say no because that inverter doesn't seem to support Lithium based batteries.

But if you meant using Solar panels + charge Controller, then it's a YES

when you factor in cost of these FANs + the stress, you would realize you have spent the money you originally thought you were saving

I greet the house o.

Can someone please help me with some insight into this issue?

We have a Welion 4.2Kw 24v inverter that doesn’t come backon when it goes off due to low battery at night till the sun comes out in the morning. Even if gen is turned on for example, it will not come back on till the sun comes back in the morning. I’m not sure if it’s a priority setting thing or something else in the setup.
My own is, both Welion and sunField are same product.

As per your complain, haven't used this inverter for anyOne long enough to play with it. Would suggest you first go through it's manual or settings to see if you could help yourself.

I don't think you have an idea about the health hazards of asbestos. Please try to do some research before making snide comments.
so what you have to say about the above ? ? ?

The slate roofing sheets now are not made from any asbestos materials hence, they are not harmful.... They are made from cement and some Fibre materials
Abeg leave them. Me wey don try reason how to improvise my own by breaking a slate in bits to understand it's constituent elements. What I saw is more of cement and some sort of fibre like those who do POP uses.

I kukuma no follow them argue. Next thing, dem go begin cry chatGiBiTi
