I have never worked with the civil service in all my working career before l left for the West but I had a friend who was working with the Kano State civil service although he was on, l think 2 year renewable contact then in kano because he was a non-indegene , l visit his office regularly and he also tells me all the rubbish going on at the kano state civil service

if you see the lackadaisical attitude to work by employees in the north, you will weep for Nigeria , and l think it is also applicable to the civil service system all over Nigeria. To get basic things done, you go settle office messengers or clerical officers otherwise, your file go miss or Will be ignored

In addition , They come to work very late, leave before closing time and in some cases they will not report to work for months, but salary is still ongoing, let me not talk about the hours of Prayers, mehn the whole system is fuvked up .

I don't know if it has been reformed now ooo , l am talking about more than 20 years ago when I was in Kano.

1. Make the kitchen door flush with the dining wall.
2. Cross ventilation is a must for bedrooms.
3. Store are not needed for let-out structure
4. Bedrooms should be ensuite for quick appreciation from those to rent.

On 1 bedrooms
1. The spaces for sitting room, kitchen are too big for such apartment. Adjusting them will earn you more space and help you make the bedroom to be more cross ventilated.
2. Share your site plan for further review.

1.5hp is more powerful than 3/4HP if they are of the same brand. 1.5HP will pump faster than 3/4HP. If you have a very deep borehole pls don't go for 3/4HP because of head/height

A 1.5hp pump theoretically has double the pumping power of a 3/4hp, but practically can be more efficient than double. The implication is that if you have a very deep borehole (up to 200m), you can be sure a 1.5hp has the necessary head pressure to lift water from that depth into your overhead tank without burning out.

On the other hand, a 3/4hp works best in shallower boreholes (say less than 100m) or in wells, provided the overhead tank is not far from the underground water source.
