This is the first of such judgements by a state high court to my knowledge. How the judge hurriedly passed the judgement, wanting the woman to pay one billion beggars belief. It is true that if not properly handled, Bello can get an order of the court to seize her properties. However, knowing Senator Natasha, she will not pay one dime. Next is the appeal court and Supreme Court.

The appeal already threw the case out for lacking merit. She will lose everywhere. It was an Arise TV interview. It can't be defended.

And U guys say this woman is a lawyer , I doubt. Courts over to U. How did she know the judgement was procured? Let her bring the proof of face contempt of court ruling

A criminal of bello's caliper should not be given much of leverage to continue to use courts to settle political scores. This is someone that's supposed to be in prison now shopping for free courts judgement.

What kind of talk is this... The court is a court of law not your neighborhood beer parkour where you cast judgment flippantly.

It deals with legal issues not random issues that have no bearing on the case before it.

Can you imagine that you are suggesting that a court should not attend to a case properly because one of the parties has another case which has not even been fully heard?

Nothing to focus. Yahaya Bello is a criminal and should be treated as a criminal. EFFC invited him over misappropriation of public fund/embezzlement but because he was a member APC, his case was swept under carpet by the influence of our criminal president being the head of the criminal party called APC.

You are just mixing terms trying to prove something here. High Court of Justice refers to the state high court, which is where this judgement emanates from so what do you mean his case can't stand a chance in the high court of justice? Do you mean the court of appeal?

And if you are referring to Bello's corruption trial, that one is before the federal high court so again, what could you possibly be referring to??
