Naturally, this ought to be a treasonable offense for a citizen of the US to join the armed forces of another country but a law now in the making before the US Congress wants to extend protection by the US govt on any US Citizen who serves/served under the IDF.

The reasons for this is because the IDF is committing war crimes in both Gaza and South Lebanon and this law is meant to bring under the protection of US Citizens who sign up and fight in any of Israel's genocidal wars.

Note that this law specifically only offers full US protection in the event of an ICC investigation on US citizens serving in the IDF and not any other sovereign army.

Both the US and Israel are not signatory to the ICC and do not recognize its jurisdiction over their armed forces.

Also, a peculiar scene was recorded with a dual Israeli-US Congressman who wore his IDF uniform to Congress during the heydays of the war in Gaza.

America should just stop pretending to be a Sovereign entity and accept its place as a vassal of Israel.
