He'll find it easy to rig in his south-west region. Of all the other five regions, the next easiest for him to rig would be south-south....that region has a lot of daft, self-serving and mindless so called 'militants' (ie, jobless ogogoro drinkers and idle rent-seeking agberos) controlled by leaders intent on trying to please the godfather just so the federal gov't contracts and largess will keep on coming! The remaing regions would be difficult for him to rig, but in difficult ones like the south-east, he'd mainly be looking for at least 25% of votes in as many states as he can get, and this is where he hopes the APC governors in the region and the ass-kisser in Anambra that's slavishly supporting him would act as enforcers to help rig for him! He would find it difficult to rig in the muslim core north....there it's either they're behind you or they're not. And if they're not, they wouldn't take too kindly to seeing their votes stolen and given to someone they don't like! The middle-belt is the hardest to predict which way things will go, but a large part of the region are as fickle and easily led as the south-south, and if he can rig any states in the region, it'll be Kogi, Kwara and maybe Benue....so it's 50-50 as to how well he'll do (rig) in the middle-belt.
