Today, I paid a visit to Senator Tokunbo Abiru and Mr Wale Edun as part of my ongoing consultations.

We had honest conversations about Lagos, where we are and where we need to go. Lagos remains central to Nigeria’s future and we are committed to doing the work required to move our state forward in a practical and inclusive way.

Lolll. He's a goner. He's simply wasting his time in APC. What he did is a journey of no retreat, no surrender. You don't back out along the line. So, it's either you win and take all (like Obaseki, Ganduje) or lose and lose all (like Aregbesola).

How can you challenge someone's political dynasty, lose out and still be seeking to benefit from it?
Search Ambode's videos in the run up to 2019 elections. For me, he's a dangerous coward for still remaining in APC. I like men with balls. Men who know consequences and ready to face the consequences of their choices.

Looks like the man at the centre has made up his mind about continuity as per godfatherism!

A cursory look at Obafemi Hamzat PhD shows a silent, and intelligent personality who has a very unassuming and humble disposition.

Dr. Hamzat Obafemi is what a political scientist would call a Machiavellian. Stealthy moving, never showing ambition and keeping his cards to his chest.

Unlike Obasa and Jandor who look more ambitious, this man has kept it cool and calm althrough the eight years of serving his Principal Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

I will come back to tell you I told you so. He is focused on tasks and not a great multi tasker.

Not everything has to end as an all out fight some are lessons, moments of self introspection and personal growth except for ungrateful and disloyal ones who never change.

i support hamzat he can do very well ...forget jandor that one cant lead a donkey i beg no capacity to do so

I really wish ambode would get the ticket,he is competent,experienced and less dramatic but I guess he isn't a good party man and the powers that be seem not to trust him enough not to avenge is sack as gov in 19.

Hamzat can wait till 31 after ambode's 2nd term if not anything but for equity to lagos east.

Lolll. This is politics. Powerplay. Why do you think politicians do the unimaginable to be in power? Had Ambode succeeded in his quest in 2019, that would have ended Tinubu's political career.
Tinubu has been in the game long enough not to permit someone capable of attempting that to be too close to him. It was disloyalty. FYI, Ambode didn't repent, he contested the primaries and lost.

The best Ambode can get is an Ambassador (like them FFK, Reno), head of some not very active MDAs, or something similar.

Where is Jimi Agbaje? Has he retired from active politics?
