to me the best design for cars is between 1995 to 2005 cars of this era where simple without excess technology. car brands have lost the initiative.

Bro Wow !!!! Bro !!!!! Yes you are damn right.... I cannot believe it....
..I thought I was the only one thinking that. You are so damn right. The Era you spoke about was a golden era in car design it was a time when Japanese cars were gaining huge ground around the world. It was a time were every car manufacturer had their own district style.

Bmw benefitted alot in that time frame because every bmw looked like a bmw.

Why I'm not a fan of cars from 2010 to this date is because all cars look alike. Mercedes Benz have totally lost their design edge and bmw of today can pass for Toyota. There is clearly a loss of identity in the car world. That's why sales of Mercedes Benz and bmw have fallen badly. Mercedes Benz has lost a lot of the respect it once had because they and Toyota look very similar with in alot of ways. The reason why the Tesla Cyber Truck made such a huge splash was because of its radical design.
