His family should seek justice and make sure that those unscrupulous soldiers that are responsible are sent to jail. May his soul rest in peace. |

I have not seen soldiers roaming around with guns even in developing Asian countries. Talk less of shooting citizens. Unless u want to compare Nigeria to Burma and Afganistan. Nigeria is not a crime scene . It's just newer installments of Final Destination. Death will strike u . |

That's exactly how I think it happened. What on Earth made the soldiers jumped through the fence then shoot him from the door? |

Planned murder. Nigerian military and bandits/terrorists are now behaving alike This is how the military denied killing innocent protesters during Endsars. |

But when actual terrorist invade their bases across the northeast and west they flee faster than the innocent villagers they are supposed to be protecting. If I've said it once I've said it a million times, fleeing this country is the single most important thing you can do for yourself, your mental health, your life expectancy and those of your born and unborn children. Doesn't matter if you have to save and scrape, get out. You may think yourself settled or prosperous till one underpaid pṣycho with a gun thinks you're giving him a stinky eye or something, if the bandits don't get you first |

Even if we are to follow the military narratives.... It still doesn't make sense how that bullet was fired.... That bullet wasn't fired from outside the compound.... It was fired in front of that door.... What were they doing there? Since when did army become anti robbery squad? How are we sure that's not a terrorist attack? Or assassination? |

Nigeria ... Nigeria.... Nigeria.... Lots of questions about almost everything going on within our system but little sensible answers. Yet when people japa some will start writing epistles as if those who japa are the cause of our problem. Yes, they know abroad is not bed of roses so mind your business. |
| Re: Abdulsamad Jamiu Was Shot In His Room — Family Rejects Army’s Account by FBIBOT(m): 10:53am On Apr 27 |
Exactly what were they looking for? If exchange of fire with robbers was happening outside.... How did that bullet scale the fence, enter the building wall, con still enter door... Haba.... It even better to keep quiet at times mrkings84: |

Crimes committed by Nigerian army and Fulanis are usually covered by the Nigerian govt in this country No one is prosecuted, just plain cover up while the criminals continues May Nigeria not happen to us! |

We should support our military for their dedication and sacrifice, especially as they confront insurgency, often at the cost of their own lives. We must express our appreciation, show love, and, most importantly, pray for them. However, the statement from the deceased's family regarding the cause of his death reveals another side of the military, where many civilians may harbor negative feelings towards them. Why not admit that it was a mistake? How much would it cost to compensate the grieving family? Why create additional difficulties for them during such a painful time? May God provide comfort to the family. This situation is truly heartbreaking. |

Personal efforts Parents sacrifice All in vain Too painful !!!!!!!!!!!! |

Nigerian army killed this young man without reason. A look at the video shows a clear premeditation to kill that corper. Climbing the fence, navigating into the room and then firing at a closed door knowing fully well that someone was behind it, speaks a lot. If that door was properly checked, it will be noticed that the Nigerian army rascals tried to break in but noticing that the youth corper had his weight against the door, they fired. If the pathetic lies of the Nigerian army is to be believed, and there was an exchange of fire with robbers, did this exchange of fire happen in the corpers living room? If the bullet was fired from outside, where are the entry holes the bullet created in the fence, the living room wall before entering the bedroom? Here is a more chilling possibility. The soldiers broke into the house through the backdoor and as the young man spotted them and tried running into the bedroom, they shot him dead as he was about closing the door. They fired TWICE as can be seen from the door. They fired with an intent to kill. This is a clear case of murder. Where are the robbers the army apprehended? If they said they were called in response to an ongoing robbery operation, who called them? Can the residents of shagari estate back up the claims by the army? Why did the soldiers not wait for the police to document and secure the crime scene before asking the vigilante to clean up the room, mop up the blood and dispose of brain tissue and skull parts in the toilet? This incident must not be allowed to be swept under the carpet. |

This country is just anyhow. Even a village idiót knows that soldiers are not trained to engage robbers (especially in a civilian populated area). That's the job of police officers! Are there no Police officers that can respond to such distress call? What exactly is going on in this country self? ![]() Now, a young man's life has been cut short in his prime just because of the Army's incompetence. Unless the family gets justice, all the "sympathies" & RIPS of the military don't mean anything. What a tragic loss! |

Are soldiers now responsible for responding to domestic crime like armed robbery? Where was the police? |
