obinna37:they have 2 types. One doesn't come with pot while the other does. |

fuckboys:Help try out 400w for me pls. We too boil rice for here . |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by litaninja(m): 2:29pm On Apr 28 |
lol. You'll expend the same amount of energy eventually for same amount of rice dollarnaira: |

obinna37:Mine came today without pot. The man told me the pot is only packaged only with Konga orders. That they sell the pot separately at store for N3500. |

HawkTuahGirl:ok |

fuckboys:Still looking at both sha, will decide which is better after using them for a while |

litaninja:Yes obviously but to confirm such settings first is very important.Example, Why voraciously boil water at 1000w for 4mins when same can work for 9mins at 400w since both run on different inverter capacities. Most homes will comfortably pump water with 0.5h (about 800w real life) say within 30mins to fill up 1000L but some want it fast at 15min with 1hp or higher for example. Both have different surge power plus other factors. The goal is the final result - water. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by fuckboys: 3:34pm On Apr 28 |
dollarnaira:I haven't tried that, I tried 500w to warm spaghetti and it was okay. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by codemaster2much: 4:53pm On Apr 28 |
dollarnaira:1000watt will boil rice, but be careful and pay attention, the center part of the pot get all the heat, try stirring at few intervals |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by dollarnaira(m): 5:01pm On Apr 28 |
fuckboys:Then 500w should be able to boil water along with substances. Some us waste energy boiling rice and beans with plenty heat. These substances need slow cooking because the objective is to make them soft unlike cooking soup. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by oloet: 5:29pm On Apr 28 |
If the center of your pot gets all the heat then that's where your induction coil is located. The heat is supposed to go round the ring and not just the center codemaster2much: |

What's going on with solar panels prices lately. Jinko 630w is now 145k in market here in ibadan |

Ẹ be like say na only induction cooker we dey talk about here these days |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by zenith4biz(m): 7:41pm On Apr 28 |
dollarnaira:The reason it will be difficult is that at the watt it goes off intermittently, since it's surface is not always hot there will be no heat to sustain it before it comes up again, at that level it's good for warming food |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by micxwell(m): 7:42pm On Apr 28 |
JoeSef0:It's not funny at all. I need 4pcs, that's straight 600k🤦🤦 |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by mctfopt: 4:06am On Apr 29 |
JoeSef0:1.China Tax Policy:China cut export tax rebates on April 1, 2026, making panels more expensive to ship. 2. Rising Material Costs:The price of silver and silicon used in manufacturing has spiked globally. 3. Inventory Gap: "Cheap" stock from 2025 is sold out; new, pricier shipments are just hitting the Nigerian market. 4. Supply Chain Delay:Production pauses during the Chinese New Year (February) created a mid-year supply shortage.

I need panels between 400w to 600w totalling about 1600W-2000W Fuoani has been out of stock for a while. Please is there any plug in the house. I also need a 2kva inverter hybrid inverter. Please recommend a good product and source. |

My senior colleagues in the house. I bought Cworth 1.3kw 12v 100amp Lifepo4 Battery, it doesn't charge more than 13.2v and on the charge ctrller it's showing 101AH, and it drains so fast in less than 2hrs when full with a load of only 45w rechargeable fan. What could be the problem. Many thanks for the response I'd get. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Penuelseun(m): 11:44am On Apr 29 |
EMuyi1:looks like it is not getting a full charge, what are you using to charge it, solar or grid, if solar how many watts panels? List of your setup |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Pbaelish(m): 11:46am On Apr 29 |
They currently have 615watts panel. peohum: |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by QuoteJust1nce: 11:57am On Apr 29 |
dollarnaira:you already answered your own question, so nobody needs to do any test. even 50W will cook rice eventually, thought it might take a very long time, whereas 2100W will take a shorter time. My setup is a 8.5kWp / 6kW/ 16kWh combo so i can use 2100W without stress and be done with cooking in minutes to under an hour. If your capacity is smaller, reduce the power and of course, wait longer for the food to get ready. It' just black and white. |

Guys... Greetings. What's the best 12v inverter you could recommend for me, that has low fan noise to carry just 150w? I've one (sachet pure sine wave) but the noise wan finish me since I'm installing inside my bed room. About 1.2kva go do. Pls, i need recommendations from EXPERIENCE. |

Na wa o.... make una change topic na Induction cooker here and there. Oppression yi por |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by JoeSef0(m): 2:33pm On Apr 29 |
If the room has ventilation, you can put connect a switch to the fan so you can manually turn it on and off. That was what a someone did to one famicare 1kw Inverter. No issues or noise since then ask4bk: |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by dollarnaira(m): 2:58pm On Apr 29 |
zenith4biz:A friend confirmed this today. Good cooking begins from 800w. 400 to 600w for warming as it cuts off/on. Thanks |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by dollarnaira(m): 3:00pm On Apr 29 |
QuoteJust1nce:You are already NEPA na. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by cutefy: 3:33pm On Apr 29 |
ask4bk:Change the DC fan inside the inverter to brushless fan. That settles the noise issue |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by peohum: 3:53pm On Apr 29 |
Please help ooo I also need a 2kva 12v inverter hybrid inverter. Please recommend a good product and source. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by ask4bk(m): 4:54pm On Apr 29 |
cutefy:Thanks, but isn't there inverters that come with that also? Not ready for all that work of changing fans. Any inverter brand in mind? |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by AyarmBoye(m): 8:29pm On Apr 29 |
ask4bk:he’s just trying to help you cut cost of getting a new one..any inverter is okay,,Felicity,luminous,cworth,itel…..The capacity and voltage depends on your loads and system,, |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by AyarmBoye(m): 8:31pm On Apr 29 |
peohum:itel, felicity,,cworth,, are okay and quite cheap too |
