The whole team should be arrested, not just the officer. Your team member shot someone right in front of you and you went on to bundle the dead guy into your car and drive off. You were not even shocked or concerned by it or even try stopping him, which means it's not something new to you.

There is everything wrong with what that officer did, police are not known or trained to kill unarmed suspects except for self defense and in this case the suspects hand were tied and even ready to lead the police to other culprits before he was shot, this is absurd....

The Police Officer is likely to be a member of the gun running cartel and decided to neutralize the guy so that he will not reveal names of other members.

Yes, that's the crux. But beyond the crux, I wouldn't mind firing a terrorist or an armed robber immediately. They need to rot in hell before the politicians or big men they are working for will come and bail them out and reintegrate them back to the society.

It would have been better if they had let the suspect take them to other gang members he was trying to tell them and they arrest all of them together, charge them to court for prosecution......
