Subject all your officers to a mandatory mental and psychological Test.

These police guys smoke Igbo a lot.
They drink too much kai-kai while on duty.

See as their shoes dey smell sef

Health in policing to kill more innocent citizens and claimed it is spiritual.

As a Nigeria Police Officer you work for 12hours without off duty including public holidays and weekend yet the pay is very small and no pension.

That's why sometimes u hear that some police men just slum and died. Some sleep they don't wake up again.

To be a police officer in Nigeria is to be welcome into the suffering organization

But,Most Policemen In Uniform - Especially the Lower Cadres on the Road - will put their Gun in one side and be Collecting the Roger with another hand - is that Not Corruption of their Office and the Uniform 🥋⁉️.
• Most Nigerians have lost Faith in the Nigerian Police Force- as instruments of Protection and they will rather Patronize the Local -Baba/ Yeye Nla-Traditionalst Somewhere !
• To worsen the TRUST ELEMENTS BETWEEN THE PEOPLE AND THE POLICE- ONCE A POLICE COLLECTED MONEY FROM THE Very -Accused Person- they immediately turned them to Saints,While,the Saints are vilified,so why Should NIGERIANS TRUST Our Police 🚓.

I understand your point but pension is what you contribute (8%- except you tell your employer to deduct more)+ what your employer contribute(10%) + interest over time.

For example if Mr a earns 70,000 gross, his pension deduction is calculated on his housing, basic, and transport which are small component of his pay so his pension will be maybe 2,000 monthly and 24,000 annually.
For 35 years, he will have contributed 840,000. Together with interest earned maybe 1,200,000.
So there is pension
