I tried registering with cs last night but there’s an issue
I recently changed my surname which means my id and Bvn Carries my new surname but I haven’t changed my bank accounts names

So cs said the names don’t match I couldn’t go further 🙂
They are the first rejecting my registration though

Try and fix the issue with your bank.

It is important u try to do it soon, except u have withdrawn from zedcrest before.
If your name on profile don't match with your bank account, u can't withdraw from zedcrest. Unlike CS, they do all verification from onset, but zedcrest will do another verification when u want to add your bank account for withdrawal. If the names do not match, they won't approve the bank account.

Stick with Zedcrest for now and try and solve your bank stuff with an affidavit.
