That's a lower court the supreme Court is the highest.

The Supreme Court only removed the decision of the Appeal court. They still have to go to the substantial suit.

Then the judgment of yesterday was another case entirely

The court never said that David Mark is the authentic chairman. INEC still has the constitutional right to decide the authentic ADC leadership.

INEC is not a member of a political party and therefore cannot decide its leadership.

With this judgement, it has put to rest other court judgements or pending court judgements from the lower courts because they have similar or almost similar substances to what gombe took to court.

I hope ADC's team of lawyers will explain to them better to avoid stories.

The SC suppose to declare clearly that the David-Mark leadership is authentic

No. The judgement of yesterday has not been vacated yet

The case is about whether the courts can intervene in political parties' internal affairs. It is not whether INEC can intervene, which they can based on their constitutional mandate.

Comments here show just how poorly educated our so called educated Nigerians are.

The supermen court says return to the federal high court and answer the case. All they did was remove the ante-belum order. But that is now irrelevant because the David mark leadership was declared invalid yesterday.

That is and was the right decision. Nothing to applaud here. Freedom of association and movement is a fundamental human right enshrined in the constitution.

ADC should now go to work in full force. We want a free and fair election. If Tinubu wins again, no problem. We shall all accept it as long as ADC and PDP are allowed to participate fully.
