Arteta is in a club surnamed FAILURE, that's why it's very hard for him to win trophies with them. Let me explain further. Unai Emery used Sevilla to win Europa League 3 consecutive years. He joined Arsenal and got to Europa League final again, but lost heavily (4-1). Then he took Villarreal to Europa League and used them to win the Europa League again. Then he came to Aston Villa and brought them into regular top four team and could even win the Europa League again this year.

Arteta is doing very well with Arsenal but that bad luck in Arsenal wouldn't let him lay hold on trophies.

Chelsea will win a lot of trophies with that man in his first year aswear.
