Ever heard of democracy?. It's a game of numbers. There's no association of persons where agreement is 100%.

Election will be held and INEC is compelled to accept the executive that was elected.

APC, Tinubu and co still have one trump card they could use. But i will not reveal it here. All the SAN's on both sides are capable.

However, besides party politics, BAT is in charge of the security and unity of Nigeria as a nation. He must hold that high in any thing he and APC want to do.

No it is not. By the time the court even determines that, the time permitted for primaries and submission of candidates would have elapsed.

You're right on point. I pity those who misread the judgement;it's not exactly what they think & the joy will be shortlived. It's not my wish,but the reality.

The matter is NOT justiciable. It's not a matter for the courts. No court will handle it again. That is what the supreme court judgement implies in my own view.

That should the spirit and letters of the ruling but because we are dealing APC here, it will be foolhardy for the opposition and their legal team to take their eyes off the ball, even for a split second...

They should fact filing reliefs now to plug any loophole that could be exploited to render the victory sterile...

INEC removing Mr Mark's name wasn't even a big thing, just as his name being restored doesn't change anything.

It is the outcome of the cases in the lower courts that are yet to be decided that matter.

If his name is removed and he wins those cases, then his name will have to be reinstalled.

Equally, if his name is reinstalled and his camp loses the cases at the lower court, his name will be removed, even if it's August, October or whenever.

In essence, it is the outcome of the cases that matter. The rest is noise.

But the Supreme Court just told you that courts have no power in the internal affairs of parties. So which court will compel INEC to do anything concerning their internal dispute? Do tell.

The NWC and NEC has the final decision and every other member should comply.
It is the courts and INEC intervention that is making party members rebel against the party leadership. If the law is applied appropriately most of the party problems will be amicably settled in house

The SC asked them to go back to the FHC. The case will continue. Any decision taken by Mark and company if they lose Zamfara situation will happen to them even if they win any election. There's nothing to celebrate here. Any politician contesting under ADC is gambling. The mines are laid.

Supreme Court just postponed the inevitable. The ADC with David Mack has violated the Party's Constitution. At the trial court, they will be dissolved by which time, they would not have enough time to join another party, conduct another primary or pick a Presidential Candidate.

The Best thing ADC folks can do is to defect to another party with proper legal standing. Good luck...this is not a WIN.

Why the jubilation?
Simple Summary
1. David Mark won at the Supreme Court
2. The Appeal Court’s decision was cancelled
3. The opposing side’s technical objections were rejected
4. The case is sent back to the trial court for a fresh hearing and final decision.

But the the supreme court said Mark should go back to the trial court to face his case instead of appeal. The only good thing is the anti bellum that supreme court stepped down. So is Mark led team constitutional or not? That is for the trial court. And if nullify, the whole exercise becomes academic just as PDP got his own judgement today.

I assure you that INEC will not upload the names of Mark and his ursupers to their portal. The Supreme Court has left INEC to be fully in charge now and no legal remedy for the aggrieved.

Th Supreme Court judgement has even put the ADC is in a bigger dilemma now.

Since they have to return to the lower court for the main disputes between the various camps, and that can last several weeks, ADC politicians that remain in the party beyond May 10 will be locked into the party despite the continuing uncertainty about how things will turn out at the lower courts.

Those who are thinking of moving to ADC will be scratching their heads now wondering whether it is the right move.

As far as ADC is concerned, the legal battles have not even started.
