INEC Should Restore David Mark-led ADC Executive On Its Portal Without Delay by Ofunaofu(op): 6:21pm On Apr 30
Since the Appeal Court order upon which they relied has now been vacated by the Supreme Court, their position is no longer valid.

But the david mark nwc had already been sacked yesterday so they seize to exist which then even gives INEC a more cogent ground to delist them also the apex court as ordered mark and his exco return to the FHC to sort out the case against Gombe.

Abejide's case is still also on one side, the new one by the council of ex legislators still they one corner dey jog......ADC is still not out of the rubble and if David mark was wise,he is supposed to deescalate and try to mend fences with the different factions otherwise,ADC members will only watch 27 elections on tv.

David Mark wasn't sacked yesterday.
David Mark raised a Committee to conduct election into State EXCOs.

About 6 incumbent ADC State Chairmen said No, that it is their responsibilities to conduct election into State EXCOs. They went to Court and Justice Abdulmalik said yes. The National has no right to raise a committee to do that.

The suit has nothing to do with Nafiu Bala or David Mark. It centers on David Mark's powers to raise a Committee to conduct State EXCOs election.

Why was the makinde factional chairman sacked? Court cannot sack party chair but can nullify the congress electing them.
