AMINDA:You lied. The Supreme Court affirmed yes that court has no jurisdiction to entertain internal party affairs. But made it clear that where a party violates it own Constitution, the courts has jurisdiction to entertain any matter. In this case, ADC violated its own constitution and the Federal high court already ruled based on this asking INEC not to recognize David Mark led leadership. Have you wondered why ADC has not released any statement since the judgement was given nor any of its top members. The understand the judgement and strategizing for a plan B.
